RTL version is very very bad.. You have to review from the scratch, currently I try to fix problems and wasting my time.. Especially slick sliders..

It is not a Shopify theme. But html version of the product is a digit product that you have on your side . We do not see a reason for return money. You can open a dispute with Envato.com
