Thanks. So I’ve done that and then I notice that for the construction theme, the menu does not sit on the slider (as in the demo) regardless of which menu option I choose in theme options/menu. It rather behaves like the menu on all the other templates (worker, tech etc) and sits above the slider. Is there something else I need to do?

Hello dear Schiocco team,
I have an error when saving the individual pages and do not know exactly what the problem is or how to fix it.
We bought the Lightwire theme, installed it and quite like to use the Hybrid Composer. I have deactivated all other plugins, such as analysis tools or language tools, to eliminate possible sources of error.
The error is the following. Every time I design a page with the HC and want to save it, it very rarely updates the page to that effect in the FrontEnd. Sometimes it changes the page (FrontEnd) to an outdated version. E.g. to 3 or 4 revisions before. For a few functions it basically doesn’t work at all. (e.g. Tabs)
Are you by any chance already aware of this bug? Have any updates been released recently that may not be compatible? (WordPress/ Hybrid Composer/ Lightwire).
I would be very happy about a feedback.

hello, i have a problem with the page saving.. when ever i update i page and save, in the front it shows up the code not the design . and when i go back to the page and refresh i found out that he swape the mode from composer to classic there for all my design is lost and i have to start the page design all over again . i hope that u understand my problem . for any more details i can send u screenshots . thank you

The problem is related to the invalid char ” into your page. This happen if you use the WP Editor component or if you insert some code into components different from the CODE BLOCK (use always only this for codes). Ex. HTML code into fields of image box component or content box components. You can see where the error is, and manually fix it, with the tool https://jsonlint.com/ (On Edit Page, set Classic mode from the top right button, copy all the code you see and paste it into https://jsonlint.com/ , edit the code until you get a green valid json and then copy and paste the fixed code again in Edit page, click Update and the fix should be applied). You can also restore an old revision. To avoid to broke a page again, always preview the page before save it.

Hello! I purchased the theme a while back, and built my site using Hybrid Composer. Right now, after updating everything to its latest version, Hybrid Composer is causing an issue. If I have the plugin active, I cannot see the “publish” or “update” buttons on the pages and posts. It looks cropped. But if I disable hybrid composer, I can see the buttons without issue (but this of course breaks the site). Can you please let me know how to solve this issue? My website is: http://www.e-pwr.ca

Your hosting may have some incompatibility, PHP Version (max 7.2), some of the causes can be: insufficient resources, folder permission limitation, modules not installed like the zip one. Please insert the demo.zip at http://themes.framework-y.com/demo-import/lightwire/demo.zip as from instructions of Theme options > Demo import > Problems?
If still don’t work below the manual installation instructions. If still don’t work I can install it for you with also the original demo images for 15USD, the final result will be exactly like the preview.
MANUAL INSTALLATION
DEMO IMPORT
1) Activate the theme.
2) Go to Tools > Import > Wordpress.
3) Install the Wordpress importer and launch it.
4) Select the files demo-all-contents.xml ( 1-2 … 8 ), in the correct order and click Upload file and import for each one.
5) Will appear the “Assign Authors” form, select “assign posts to an existing user: admin” (or your main user).

THEME SETTINGS
1) Go to Apparence > Theme options > Customizations.
2) Open the file export.json with a text editor, copy all text and paste it into
“Apparence > Theme options > customizations > Import settings” area and click “Import now”.
REVOLUTION SLIDER
1) Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin.
2) Go to Slider Revolution page and click Import.
3) Select the revolution slider demos you want to use and import it.
ASSIGN THE MENU
1) Go to Appearence > Menu.
2) Click on top tab “Manage locations” and assign the following menus: Header
Menu: main menu, Footer menu: footer menu, Top mini menu: top menu. Note that footer and top menus can not be inserted in every demo.
3) If you not see CSS Classes field go to top right button SCREEN OPTIONS and select it.
4) For icons menu you must select the icon manually.
5) For fullpage menu you must reset all the links.

How can i have the same header setting as it is in demo or preview version. After purchasing the theme its header is different from the demo version .. in demo version the header is transparent and is merged with slider but in the purchased one the header is of white color and is not merged with the slider same header question for other pages kindly guide me how I can fix it.

What do you mean? You should not use both, anyway with WPML edit a project and on bottom you will see the options to make projects translatable. This is something related to all post types, please check the docs too. Regards
I love your theme! I need some help figuring out an issue though. I have a video playing on my homepage which works great on the web and when I inspect it with mobile chrome/firefox etc it works and plays but on my iphone its just the background of the video and it doesn’t do anything.

Hello, I’ve encountered a small problem using “Image slider” component from theme: I’ve done some css edit to ‘flex-viewport’ class to this block but it is not showing on ios devices since that html div is not being printed on iphones, just it’s .slides div child. What’s more strange, sometimes it is being shown on first load, but then disappears on every page reload. Did you already encounter this problem and know the solution? Thanks!

There is no flexslider javascript code customization, only attempt to add 1 custom css rule for html element which should already be there. Css can’t affect javascript which I’m sure you already know. I haven’t seen any image sliders on demos…

Sire migration issues are not related to the theme. You can copy a full page in two ways. 1. By save is as template from the top right button “Templates” on Edit page. 2. By switching to classic mode, copying all the code. Then create a new page and paste the code. You can copy part of a page and paste them into another page by using the copy and paste features. Hello, looking at this and need help:

If yes how can I fix - I’ve tried to change the play button to square border (which I thought is a typical button) but can’t seem to do it properly. I also need to set button colour and hover colour - Overall, the edirot seems too slow to save. The website loads properly but when you try to save a page it gets really slow and sometime does not save or goes to autosave.

It is shorter because the image is shorted. The grid boxes are of that width because you inserted them in columns of that width…change the columns width: col 4 col 4 col 4.

Yes you can, you need to change the column width to allow 4 columns in a row. Or you can use the GRID LIST Component.
You need to insert the Google Maps API KEY into Appearance > Theme options > Customization and API. Please see the docs for more details: http://wordpress.framework-y.com/prv-components/google-map/ . You can also use the CODE BLOCK component and insert into it the embed code of any Google Maps.
It is blue because you set it blue…remove the class bg-color (click the “gear” icon on the top right of the component to open the Settings Box)
