You can use any type of image.

I am, very excited to purchase umaya wordpress theme. Before I make a purchase can you please clarify; Does the page builder and all the other supporting plugins comes with it? Or should I make extra purchase on Page Builder and any other plugins?
Yes all plugins included with the theme. For page builder we are not providing license key but always provide regular update.

License key need for get auto update of that plugin. You can use page builder with our theme without license key.

Uninstall Umaya Plugin and reinstall again by required plugin notification. After install Umaya plugin check this option again https://prnt.sc/yru5jz
Latest version Umaya plugin have auto update feature. So you don’t need to uninstall and install again for future update.

Something wrong with your server. After try to manual import it’s getting 503 internal server error.

I don’t need cpanel. You need to contact with your server provider for fix server related issue. Tell them you are getting 503 internal server error, when you are trying to import demo data.

No it’s theme’s custom slider. Edit home page and check bottom of the page settings.
