Go to wp-content/plugins/unyson/framework/extensions/backups/includes/module/tasks/type here you need to delete “class-fw-ext-backups-task-type-db-restore.php” file and replace the attached php file and try to import the demo content once again via unyson plugin through Dashboard > Tools > Import Demo Content.

We have kidslive ver. 1.7 and want to upload to the latest 2.5 “old”-version. We need to do this because buddha panel is stop working and don’t register any clicks anymore (all buttons are not clickable). Do you have any archive for the 1.8 – 2.4 updates ? I try to directly update to 2.5 but it crash the website. Thank you for the info.

We do not update the older version. We do advice all our theme users to switch over to the newer visual composer version for latest wordpress and security updates.

The newest version of this theme is breaking. Getting this error: Notice: Undefined index: slider_position in /home/jumphou2/public_html/wp-content/themes/kidslife/page.php on line 12
Also when upgrading it is trying to wipe out all customizations, logo, etc.. This is insane. We have code errors everywhere, a broken theme, and can’t even try using the new version because it resets everything.

Hi, great theme but I have a problem with buttons not responding in theme panel as written from other users before, I have tried tons of solutions even updating (using kidslife 1.6.2 and child 1.4.3) I have paid and extended support for six months, tried registering on your support page and keep getting Error: The email address isn’t correct and have tried different email addresses to register!? I see other user had similar or same problems but cannot get a solution ince I cannot register… The unresponsive buttons didn’t bother me since the page doesn’t get updated a lot but one of the users wanted to change facebook link and reseted some settings in the panel and now the logo and header cannot be changed back, since I don’t have backup before the site header crash I can’t go back to its ok for me and now have a wacky page. Please help me asap, just let me know what to do.

how can I get all the demo files for the template. we are trying to set it up but the page stills blankled. Since the new version uses a different page builder, the video is not showing the same steps for the actual template.

I’ve purchased this theme 4 years ago, and it’s always a pleasure to work with ! (5 stars ;)). I have an issue with my wordpress. Some buttons in my dashboard are not responding. When I want to write an article, I cannot add some images, the SEO’s buttons are not responding at all and all the buttons (disable breadcrumb, disable comments, feature images) are down too. It appears when I upgrade the wordpress version and my php version too (7.2). Do u have a solution ? Sorry I’ve not renewed the support but I thought that I knew everything about this theme. Hi, I’m a Kids Version 2 user and the Kids-Old theme file hasn’t been updated for more than a year.
I updated Woocommerce and Wordpress yesterday successfully (no error given), but most of the product editing functions stopped working. Tried a few times, the same result, so my hosting provider advised me to skip any update. I suspected the theme is incompatible with the latest Woocommerce and Wordpress 5.5.
Please kindly advise: 1. Has Version 2 been abandoned so no updates will be provided? 2. Is Version 2 compatible with the latest Woo and WP? 3. Will Designthemes offer a service to replace Kids Version 2 with Version 3 on an existing website? Thank you.

Hello. I use the version 3.4. I have changed social icon on Header/Home but the drop color effects not working at some icons on the the top right section, like Youtube. Hi this theme looks very complicated. It looks like we have to fidget with a lot of coding. For example, how do I remove the search box in header-3 and replace it with email address and also how I can disable the top section. I thought it was a simple turn off and on feature but I don’t seem to find where to deactivate some features. For example in header-3, I want to hide/deactivate the top position where it says “Welcome to DesignThemes! Let’s choose your favourite items! and Login/Register”. Also in header-3, I want to replace the search box and cart with email address and phone number respectively. Please help. Thanks

I’ve spent several hours trying to place widgets at the top to no avail. The frustrating thing is that you won’t know what you are buying until you buy it. Our theme is user friendly only. To customize the header, Go to Dashboard / Headers – here you can create number of headers and you can assign it globally (Dashboard / Appearance / Kids life options ) OR you can assign individual pages also.
