1. Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. All of the options for shop and category pages are listed in Passim Core Options > WooCommerce.
2. We couldn’t reproduce this behavior. We have managed to reproduce this in safari on mobile. Please try adding custom css shown in screenshot to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS. You can also contact us through this email and we will send you css.

Thanks for taking an interest! The theme can be used with WPBakery as well.
Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. Do note that WPBakery is not included as well there is not an option to import the demo content with WPBakery, so you will have to build the website from scratch.

It is not Elementor Pro supported.

Hi I setup Top Header Menu to in grid and only the woocoomerce pages implementing the in grid option. Please note that the Single product page is an already predefined template and you can only edit the content that you see on that page you can unfortunately not add an additional tab without editing the themes files or trying to achieve this with some WooCommerce official extension. Though, have in mind that we have not tested any third party plugin or extension and we simply cannot guaranty theme compatibility for the same reason.

I tried to but for some reason in “https://qodeinteractive.com/submit-a-request” it tells me “The purchase code is invalid”. I activated my Purchase Code but I don’t know why it send me this warning.
But for now i have no where else to ask my questions. I have another problem with the theme. I have a divided menu. in the widgets I selected Divided left and Divided right menu. Also in this page in dashboard “nav-menus.php” I selected “Mobile navigation” for both sides but only one side(left or right) is showing in the mobile dropdown menu. What I want is to show both left and right menu in the dropdown menu in mobile version as well. What should i do?

When submitting a request please make sure that you’ve selected the correct profile (in this case Edge). You can also contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support team will assist you further.
For mobile menu it is necessary to create a separate menu and add all of the menu items (both from left and right navigation) into this menu and then set this menu’s display location to ‘Mobile Navigation’.
