Hi, Does your theme support multiple tour operators so that admin can take commission from tours booked and unlimited number of vendors can list their tours on the site? (i.e. multi-vendor) My project is a directory site and we do provide our own tour but help people find tours by our partners.

I’m interested in this theme, but first I wanna know if this is possible:
I want to have different tours available on many different dates and be able to have availability on the calendar (like XX people can fit on YY tour, if it’s booked out then it says “unavailable”) and if it is available, have the customer pay with credit card.

The booking system working as you wish, when the tour is full, the customers can’t booking more about that tour but the tour can’t shows unavailable when the tour is full.

Hello, 2 things: 1. I purchased this theme through Themeforest and at the moment I add my code to support I get an alert that the code is not valid. I still have 5 months of support left. Hope you can fix that

1. Can you make sure that you select the correct item from the item list?

2. Try to reset your permalink by going to Setting > Permalink, set to the default one(the first one) and set back to what you want to use.

I’m looking for a theme where i can fix prices depending on the type of transportation selected. The company i work with sell private tours and the price varies only by the type of car booked. One can book a tour selecting a type of transportation and being alone in that tour and the price is X if full car capacity is reached the price is the same X.
For example
Full day tour
Car (maximum 3 people) – 300€ (price for the vehicle and not per person)
Van (maximum 6 people) – 400€ (price for the vehicle and not per person)
Do your booking system enable fixed prices by type of transportation selected?

Due to our legislation the contract between travel agency and client must be made and signed by client. Does your theme generate contracts from bookings, or is there any way do make a contract with customer by using all customer and tour details ? If not, is there any plugin which will provide solution ? 2. Can we use custom payment gateway instead Paypal ? 3. Can all fields be translated to another language ? Thx a lot for your reply.

1. Unfortunately, we don’t have an option for contracts as you wish, sorry.
2. We’re only support for: PayPal – Stripe – Authorize.net – Paymill. If you need more payment gateway, you must consider hiring a freelancer for you, it’s a big work.
3. Yes, you can translate almost everything you wish.

Hi. The option of hcaptcha is only because tourmaster recaptcha doesn’t work at all. It doesn’t appear at forms. If it could do the work, I wouldn’t need another captcha.

The contact info form for booking doesn’t apply with captcha because it can’t work with the ajax form(that we are using). However, we have been monitoring that form closely but can confirm that there will be no spam sent through that form.
For the contact form 7, you need to set that up from its setting as well : https://contactform7.com/recaptcha/ , https://contactform7.com/recaptcha-v2/GoodLayers, this theme is really good for desktop and very nice look of tours on mobile as well. But there is much needed when it comes to mobile. I think the way is modern world using web has been changed and now 90% of traffic comes from mobile. So it would be really great to see if we will get the updates based on mobile and user will be able to see his bookings, etc also from mobile, because right now it is almost impossible to see my bookings section via mobile.
