You need to click on the save options button on the Discy Setting page.
Also click on update button while editing the homepage from the admin.

Question bump is a page to show the question without answers and they have bumped by points, so if anyone added a question and not have any answers and other users have added a lot of question, his question will be at the bottom, so by points can back it at the top again and all of the questions show at the bump question page only.
