Hi there – i love the demo theme!
1) I imported the demo data, but when woo commerce is activated, it displays at the top of every page – im not aware of changing any setting
2) There is a search bar that has appeared in top header on all pages – not sure how to turn this off
3) the 2nd bar that appears below the header / logo which includes contact and location info is not there not sure why -
4) when importing the data i got 2 x errors – not sure what they are, if you could point me in the right direction that would be amazing

I have the problem that the logo and the menu disappear behind the images when you scroll. I set it to be sticky, but as I said, it goes behind the pictures. I use the Elementor Version. Is this a known issue, or what I am doing wrong?

The latest available theme version is 3.0.1. Theme updates are not installed automatically, you have to do this manually or by using the Envato Market plugin.

Shortcodes can’t be used within the QT: Icon Box but you can use basic HTML within the text field.
Can it be enabled? I want to display my custom Google Business Hours widget within.
Unfortunately not because that requires code customization.
The only way to achieve this is by replacing one QT: Icon Box widget with a Custom HTML widget and add the following HTML code:

The header button link setting from the customizer can be added from the admin string translation page of the WPML plugin, then you can add a different link for each language.

Hi! I bought your theme over year ago. Perhaps I had problems with original host company, WPML or both but I HAD TO REBUILD WHOLE SITE. I tried to contact your customer service to ask if I could extend support, but I didn’t get any answer. I have only two issues I need help now: 1) Icon arrows don’t show up at navigations and I don’t know where to check or change font awesome for it 2) Theme customizer opening hours translation has bug. It will display all days with same week day. These are minor fixes that I need but very visible and unforgiven for business site. Unfortunately I can not open ticket. I love the theme even it has taken very long to try to fix first version and rebuild to second one. Hope you can help!

The ThemeForest account that you’re currently using has not purchased the theme as it does not have the buyer badge.
If you have purchased the theme before please make sure you’re logged in to that ThemeForest account. Then you can extend your support license to access the support desk and download the latest theme version from ThemeForest. Both issues you mentioned are already fixed within updated theme versions.
I’m sorry but if your ThemeForest account don’t have the buyer badge I’m not able to help you. As mentioned above, please make sure you’re logged in to the account that purchased the theme and I can get you back on track.
Thank you for your quick reply. I purchased theme trough my previous hosting company. I have files, purchase code, previous API keys to Envato Market Plugin and receipt. However, I do not have access to that Envato account to show off badge. Do you think your customer support would be able to sort it out?
If the Envato Market plugin is still connected on your website with Envato you can easily update the theme through that way. After the theme is updated you can update the Physio Toolkit as well and both issues you pointed out should be fixed.
However, if you can’t make the Envato Market plugin to work because you don’t have access anymore to your ThemeForest account there is nothing I can do for you unfortunately. In that case it is the best to follow the steps below.
I definitely recommend to get in touch with Envato Support and explain the situation. I’m sure they’re able to help you recover your original ThemeForest account that made the theme purchase.
We’re not allowed to provide the theme files outside this marketplace. There is no way to get theme updates without using your original ThemeForest account that made the purchase. Also there is no way to purchase support extensions with a different account. This is how ThemeForest has built their ecosystem. To rule out this issue for now and the future the best is to open a support ticket with Envato Support to sort this out.

Is this theme support elementor?
Hi there,
The default page builder is the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin but you can deactivate this plugin and install Elementor if you prefer that builder.
However, the imported pages won’t be available in Elementor because there is no compatibility between page builders. You have to build pages with Elementor from scratch.
Hello support, I recently updated to the latest build of your theme but noticed the physio toolkit will not update from 1.6 to 1.7. It says it has updated but when I check again it says an update is required. I even manually deleted the physio toolkit plugin and downloaded your latest wordpress update of the physio theme from here and extracted the physio toolkit and installed manually. It still complained that its version 1.6 which is odd. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Btw it says the following: Installed version: 1.6

If you’re looking for a way to add a GDPR window/accept button to the maps the best option is to install the eXactly GDPR Google Maps plugin.
By clicking above link you can follow the steps at the “YOUR 5 EASY TODOS” heading to set up the maps on your website.

Hi, I am getting Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ”>= 7.2.0” error after updating a few plugins, I love the theme but this is a real problem. I’ve changed to every version, even 8.0 in my cPanel without any luck.

Our theme have the same requirements as the WordPress CMS recommend, this is a minimum PHP version of 5.6 but a recommend version of 7.4
Unfortunately PHP 8 does not work because the bundled “Booked – Appointments for WordPress” plugin does not support this version yet. I hope the developers of this plugin create the compatibility very soon.
If you have enabled PHP 7.2 the WordPress CMS keeps saying that you have to update your PHP version as 7.4 is recommend.
- Testing
Our theme does not use Composer so the issue you experience can’t come from the theme. Most likely this is caused by a plugin. If you have any additional installed plugins please try to deactivate them one by one to see if that fix the issue.

Hello, From what I recall, Services had their own post type, and once a new service was created, would appear under the Service tab like here https://www.sissmedgroup.com/services/
However I just created a new service by duplicating a previous service (because I didn’t see the Service post in the left column), and it does not appear under https://www.sissmedgroup.com/services/

The theme is not using any custom post types like “Services”. If you create a new service page and want to display it on your website you need to do the following:
Go to the “Pages” tab and edit your main service page. Add a new “QT: Featured Page” widget to the page and select your new service page inside the widget settings.

You can install the Head & Footer Code plugin for that.
After installing and activating this plugin you need to enable the “Pages” checkbox under Tools -> Header & Footer Code at the bottom of the page.
Now if you go to Pages and edit the Careers page you see the “Header & Footer Code” field at the bottom of the page where you can add your custom JavaScript code.
