Hi, I am not able to change my logo. After the logo update I can see the updated logo in the WordPress backend but on the website still the old logo displays. New logo is not updating on the website!
Please go to edit page then bottom of editor you will header settings. Please remove logo from header settings and your logo will be visible. Thanks

Every page url is showing with the id, not showing with the page name.
https://vassam.com/?page_id=46 (than /contact-us)Why is this? All these pages have published, & also tried to save the page too.
& next the issue once I check the website in incognito, it’s showing me 404 error. but when I try “https://vassam.com/?page_id=46” it will open the particular page.
Please go to Setting -> Permalinks and select Post Name select box and save it. Thanks

The theme is displaying an error when trying to install it. I have been emailing support for help for over 2 weeks and have been ignored with no response. The theme does not work, is unusable and there is no support to help. The worst support ever experienced.

Upload_max_filesize 128MHi there, header settings are working not good. For example when i try to change header style, there is a problem style 1 and 2 showing the same style. When i try to change Header Area Width, nothing changing. I did nıt find to change map location. You need to fix some problems about theme.
We have also option from page bottom. So when don’t work option from archtek option then check it from page bottom settings.
Yes, i did fix it from page editor. But Archtek tool has some bugs, and working not good.

Hello, Our support expired but we have noticed, all custom html we use aka, google maps, 360 videos etc all appear in grayscale? I assume this is some custom css default on the theme can you point us to disabling this feature?

Hello! i selected Home4 but when i want to change main logo in General Sections it loads but when i go to preview it shows me Archtek logo. I click on that logo to see where is located and shows me this: http://rstheme.com/products/wordpress/archtek/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/logo1-1.png so, how i can change that? because its supossed that should load from my server and not yours. Please help.

Please go edit page and bottom you see already assign another logo. Just remove it and it will be show your own logo

i see that for home 3, 2 or 1 it loads my logo but i need to use template Home 4 but it still showing me artech logo from your server
I went to Edit Page in elementor and upload the logo but nothing happens

We got before one mail form you that wasn’t related site speed. Speed issue not only depend theme it will be depend also server. Use any good cache plugin and optimize images that will be good. Thanks
Is it only me or does the Elementor editor within the theme only include a basic version? There is a bunch of elements that is only for the pro version which I have to pay extra for?

Have contacted these guys via email and facebook and poor response! I don’t have a style option it’s disabled. Im stuck with a menu where I cant do much with. Alot of bugs coming up. Bought a year worth of support. Not happy at all. Have had to resort to adding this to the comment section to get a response!

How to change the theme colour (Dark Cream) like Hamburg backgorund, and Few more places i couldnt change the default colour.
Some color you can change form page editor element directly. Please share URL and screenshot where you can’t change color.

I’d like to use page 4 as my homepage. But as soon as update the page home-4 even without any change, header style gone. Moreover I didn’t find option to update the address in the top or Welcome text. Can you please help me to maintain this style and send instructions from where I can update these elements.
You can do it form Archtek Option then Header where you can change all info
