Hi, On my website there is a bug in photo gallery. When you click on gallery the lightbox not work. Overlay and navigation thumbnails are opened, but full image on center don’t appear. Someone can help me? Thanks!

I recently updated the Kleanity theme. I cannot update the required plugins on the Install Required Plugins page, however, due to server configuration. It’s also not listed on SSH.
Can you send me a link to where the updated plugins are located, so I can download and install them via SFTP? This is for Core, Personnel, and Portfolio.

Actually you can also get it from the theme update file as well. Just unzip the theme file then go to the path ‘kleanity > admin > tgmpa > plugins ’ All plugins will be available in there.
Hello there, hope you are doing well.
Today I launched my new website. I am very pleased with how it looks. However, I have two issues. One is related with the mobile menu. The menu consists of main pages and sub-pages. It’s easy to access the sub-pages with the small right arrows. However, I cannot go back with the small left arrows. They are not clickable for some reason.
Also the posts of my blogs are not responsive for mobile view. A big part of the content is cut off. Do I have to create these posts with wrappers etc.?

Hello, any news on this? We have sent you a message from two different e-mail addresses. We some time put new ones in the update. Please make sure to update the GoodLayers Core to see if there’re new ones.
You can also add your own as ‘custom templates’ as well and call it in other pages.

Another question : Slider revolution is limited without full licence, could you recommand any alternative (less costly) ?
Actually, it’s not that limited. You still have most of its feature and you can have it work as shown in the demo site without purchasing their license. Only some restriction from their pre built template which is not quite necessary actually. I still encourage you to use (without purchasing its license) since this is the best slider so far we have been using. (and sorry, we don’t have another recommendation for this 
)

Understood. In this case, you have to purchase their license directly if you want to use that feature.
Otherwise, to set up the slider as shown in the demo site, you don’t have to purchase it. We already included the prebuilt file in the theme package.
Could you please recommend a calendar plug-in that is compatible with the Kleanity theme? The previous calendar we had installed caused an issue that prevented us from editing anything in the backend of WordPress. We seem to be having that same problem with the new plug-in we’ve purchased as well.

pre sale question, do you have content blocks in your theme? I need to have portfolio showcase below every single portfolio item so user don’t need to go back to the main portfolio page, just scroll down and see the whole portfolio showcase on the bottom. that can be easily done with content block or portfolio settings. One more question: Is it possible to disable the persistent header image/title at the top of every page—not the upper left logo, but the header that sits between the navigation and the main content areas. It seems a bit redundant and it would be nice on the blog, especially, to focus just on the posts without the heading.
By the default it will be displayed the way shown in the demo. However, you can choose to disable the page title directly in each page.
Is it possible to create a hover color for the text? Right now it just stays black. I find that having more of a hover color aids in UX (e.g., tells someone this is a link: click it!) Anyway, let me know if I can add/change/modify link and/or hover colors in the theme?

Hello, I have migrated the page to another server and the goodlayers page builder doesn’t works… I mean, I can see the builder in the desktop but any change or new page made with it is saved. Other changes in plain text of wordpress do works, but nothing made in the goodlayers page builder. Could you help me please?

Could you try reinstalling the theme and our plugins and see if it helps? You can follow the update instructions to reinstall them: https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/
If that doesn’t solve it, try disabling all your other plugins and see if that solves the problem. If it does, you can activate them one by one to see which one is causing the problems.

Ok because the demo checkout’s right side doesn’t seem to work (infinite loading).. not sure if it’s because this is a demo but I had the same thing happen to a live store after update and it’s due to incompatibility.
I think it might be a caching issue on our server. I tried to clear cache and tested and it was fine.

Hi – goodlayers is heavily weighing down my host and this is what they sent along to send to you
We want the total for autoloaded data to be under 800k or so for good performance. This is typically best for the site and server as a whole and will allow us to safely enable object cache, increasing the all around cachability on the site.
Before my changes the total autoload was at 5997955 bytes. This is more than 5mb larger than the recommended 800k. Once I cleared out the orphaned data, this drop drastically down to 2724233 bytes. This is a great improvement, though still a little over 1mb larger than what we would like. This is still above where we feel confident enabling object cache, but I do feel much better about overall performance based on what we were able to clear.
The remaining pieces to this is mostly with Goodlayers:
