Hello,
Appreciated a well designed and functioned theme for directory purpose. We tried many ways but could not find the answers for:
1. transparent header in inner page is set in theme options but it turns out “white”. How can we make transparent header for inner page like one in homepage?
2. in user dashboard there is box for “Google Analytics User ID” and what is this? and how can we have it?
3. we wanted to try “paid claim” approach and set claim package pricing, for example package 10, 20 (monthly and annually for each package) for up to 10, 20 claims, respectively, however when we test and it said “there is no package available right now”. Is this approach possible with your theme?

1. In the inner pages, the background color of the body is white, so, it will show you the white color. There’s an image on the homepage in the background due to the visibility of the transparent header. But On the inner pages, it can’t be like that. Please try changing the header style. This might helps you.
2. Google Analytics Tracking ID (aka Property ID) is the unique identifier of a GA property. It allows Analytics and other apps to distinguish your property from other properties. This allows data to be sent specifically to your property, which can be later viewed in your Analytics account.
You can get that From the https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/provision/
You need to create your account there and then you will get the id.
3. Currently, the package for the claim does not work. You will have to create a single/general pricing plan for the claim. As it can be used only once to claim the listing.

Hello! i have some pre sales questions, these are:
- - Does the system have a option to send direct messages to the listing owner?
- - Is there any backend dashboard for site users and for listing owners?
- - If theres direct messages to the listing owner instead of the email form can the user be obligated to log in to contact the listing owner? is there any backend message dashboard?
- - The pop up style of the header images of the listings does not match the pop up un the image gallery demo, is that the style that i will get? as it seems like an old style
- - Can price ranges be shown in the listings all over the site where its shown (seach results, results in category view, etc)? for example: Prices from 500 to 1200
- - Can a full page map be shown with all the listings of the site? or them to be shown when you zoom in an area?
- - Are there different listing styles or is just the one shown in the demo?
- - Can diffrerent packages with different options be set? if yes, where can i see the different options that can be configured for each package?
- - Can the styles of the package selector be changed easily?
- - What is used for payment, woocommerce? if not which one is used to see if it will be compatible with some payment gateways in my country as woocommerce has all gateway payments options available
- - Can a google ad “square” be shown in the side of the free listings?

1. Yes, you can contact the listing owner.
2. Yes, for this we have the listing author/user dashboard page.
3. No, it’s not required for a user to be logged in to contact through the lead form. Yes, we have the inbox in the user’s dashboard.
4. We have four detail page listing layouts, and each style has its own unique design. So, each gallery-style design will be different than the other one. Which detail page style you are using?
5. Yes, we have different styles, in which you can show the price range by the icons only. The price won’t be displayed everywhere.
6. We are really sorry, but we do not have any specific page dedicated to the maps right now.
7. We have 4 different detail page styles.
8. You can edit the pricing plan by going under the WP Dashboard > Pricing plans, there if you have created the packages then you can edit each package of the pricing plan.
9. Can you please clarify your question with a little more elaboration?
10. Currently, we have 3 payment gateways. 2 check-out, Paypal, and Stripe. And the bank transfer is by default.
Woo commerce is not compatible with ListingPro.
11. We are really sorry but right now this is not possible within theme features.

Hi, I purchased the ListingPro Theme, I installed it on WP using Elementor. I have hard problems because it isn’t possible to edit pages using Elementor. It isn’t possible to open pages editing (submit listing e.g.). All was locked so I deactivated the theme. I re-download the theme but with Setup Wizard it’s now not possible to install it: importing content process continue to import without an end and the theme says that the site has all plugins installed but it’s not true. How can I activate the Listing Pro theme with dummy contents and plugin now? How edit pages with Elementor? Very disappointed about the purchase and big waste of time (and money).

But many of our customers are using such plugins to offer multi-languages on their directory NOTE: We suggest you may want to consider the Google Translation plugin for WordPress as it will auto-translate your website in all the languages live with just a click of a button.

I want to start a cosmetic surgery directory in a particular cosmetic procedure field. Do I need to purchase Listing Pro first, import all of the demo content, then purchase Medical Pro after (as an add on) and import all of that demo content? (and it will override listingpro) I’m not clear on how Medical Pro as an addon works. Also, there doesn’t appear to be anywhere out of the box on the doctors profiles to add images of their clinic(s) or patient before and after photos. Hugely important in cosmetic surgery. Is there a way to do this and do you have any existing examples online? Thanks!

Let me break down your question and try to address each point.
1. I want to start a cosmetic surgery directory in a particular cosmetic procedure field.
A. Great idea and you should be able to do this with ListingPro.
2. Do I need to purchase Listing Pro first, import all of the demo content, then purchase Medical Pro after (as an add-on), and import all of that demo content?
A. You need to first purchase ListingPro and install/activate it without needing to import the demo. Then you purchase MedicalPro and install/activate and import the dummy content for MedicalPro.
3. Also, there doesn’t appear to be anywhere out of the box on the doctor’s profiles to add images of their clinic(s) or patient before and after photos.

I do not know what to tell you people again. This issue that was resolved by your team on my website is here again. This resurface each time I update the theme or wp. It just mess up the view of the website. Restoring from back up does not help either. I cannot be coming you every time for this.

Pre-sale question: 1. Can I remove the “Recurring?” toggle option at checkout? I want EVERY sale to be recurring.
2. if someone does not click YES to recurring during checkout, can I go into the admin and turn recurring ON if the customer did not?
100% of my sales will be recurring. I do NOT want to have to chase down customers to fix the issue. I want to be able to fix it from the back-end or just have it remove altogether and have all transactions authorized as recurring.
And it’s not “illegal” (as a previous question noted) so long as the customer understands it’s recurring
