Quick question. I want to save a row as a template, but somehow the “Save Changes” button is greyed out. What I did was go to the “Row Settings” and click the cog icon and then “Save as template”. Am I missing something?

“Save Changes” and “Save as Template” buttons have different functions. Since it is a default WP Bakery Page Builder function, it can be saved inside the row settings as you mentioned.

Tried to use your support system, but it kept saying failed captcha so I will comment. Love the theme by the way.
After importing the theme into my wordpress, I am able to activate the theme successfully, however, when I install Plugins, they do not work and instead crashes the whole website.
The following error arises:
“There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
I troubleshooted this, and it seems to be the WPBakery plugin causing the issue. Please advise.
