I currently have 4 months extended support remaining, yet when I log into my account on your support site, instead of being able to post a ticket, I can only see a message saying, “You can not add a ticket. I can certainly send theme purchase codes. But as far as I know, Envato does not provide a separate purchase code for extending the support. How would one show you that extended support was purchased?

It is possible to set Text(Image title or caption) for each slide item but no Button by the Slider module.
It is possible to set a “background slider” by a Group module, so it is possible to set the text or button module into this Group.

The builder of Theone WP theme is BM Page Builder instead of BM Content Builder. You can click Switch to Page Builder in page editing interface to use BM Page builder.
BM Page builder has beed built in Theone theme by default. It is not necessary to install it from plugins, so you cannot find it in your plugins.

One can immediately feel how much work the developer put on this theme! The degree of customization is incredible.
One very BIG thing is missing though: The UNDO function. It is very hard to work without it. Could you please consider implementing this very important feature in the next update?

overlapping blocks?
hey, I can´t reproduce the way how to create overlapping modules; like in the photography template (https://sea.uiueux.com/photography/photography/).
I don´t find any documentation. also I tried to understand it working from the template, but I do not see how the overlap is achieved. whenever I try something likewise, module elements push and/or block each other…
any help + hints appreciated! thx!

I can’t add my CSS defined text to the post title as a < sup > example:
This is the title of post < sup > My superscript text with defined CSS < /sup >
It ignores the entire < sup > and displays it as well as the title.

There is an error in 1.8.0 theme update (BM builder 3.8.0). I used child-theme and “disable gutenberg editor” code in functions.php:
