- Optimum dimensions are – 1200×628 pixels - Dimension of the actual image – 1400 by 1050 pixels
What could be causing the featured images to crop with a grey background on mobile – iPhone.

Hi. I purchased the theme and currently testing it on my domain. There is a problem when installing the demos. They won’t load. And I did install and activate all the required plugins. Please advise. Also the daffy hazan website is down and won’t load when checking a live preview of the theme. Thank you

I have directly uploaded this theme to via FileZilla to the server of my hosting provider (after I unzipped it all, and only the ‘Applique’ folder). This has worked for all other themes I bought, but not for this one. What should I do to make it function after a direct upload to my providers’ server?
(For now I only need to adjust it and keep it that way for a long time, so that is why this works best for me)
