Hi!, I am working with your them, by the way is very good theme.
But I have a doubt, when adding the “Website” field in a list, when I load the link, the ability to “click” on the url that appears does not work, it does not open a window showing the website. It is possible to activate and that the url in the field of website of each place, works?
I would like the same for the telephone field, that by clicking on the name it could be called directly.
Note: The “website” field appears on the right sidebar of the “Más info” tab.
This is an example of a “place” in the directory: https://antiturista.com/listing/aguita-agaveria/
Hi
Please post a ticket on helpdesk.27collective.net and share admin access
Hello, I created a sports tournament ad but I want to limit registrations to 16 registrants per tournament, is it possible? cordially
Hey, can you add Essential Grid Support please?
Basically just that the Cover image is automatically the WordPress featured image
Hi
Thanks for the suggestion
Hi there
Is it possible for me as admin to create a package that is not visible for other to see, please.
Me as the admin also want to add listings, but not the free listings.
Thank you.
Hi
You can’t create a package that other users can’t see, but you can create a variation of an existing package by editing its parameters in the back-end which should do the job
Hi, the “sign in or register” links in the nav are suddenly not working? Can you please help: https://theorganiser.co.nz/
Hi
You are using a custom header
You must link them tohttp://theorganiser.co.nz/my-account
and
http://theorganiser.co.nz/my-account/?register
Cool, thanks
I’m going around in circles with trying to get Google Maps API to work. I keep getting the error: “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”
- I have added the API key - I have billing set up on Google console - I have looked at the instructions – https://docs.mylistingtheme.com/article/how-to-generate-a-google-map-api-key/ which would be great if they had step-by-step screenshots to follow.
Please help
SOLVED – The issue seems to have corrected itself.
Hi, is it possible to trigger a pop-up from the “Call now” button on the single listing page? I am using the popup maker plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-maker/
Hi
It depends if the plugin provides an easy way to trigger it e.g using a link
The plugin uses a css class to trigger the pop up. I just don’t know if you can add a css class to the button?
In that case you have to edit theme files to add that to that specific button.
Or you can add the button in the content area of the listing (in a content block), in which case you don’t need to edit any files
Got it thanks. Would you by any chance be able to provide the code snippet for me to add this?
Also, I heard that you are upgrading this theme soon so it would be great to add a css class option for the Call to action button in the WP Admin settings.
We’ll try, however we haven’t tested the plugin so can’t say for sure it works well
Thanks
Hi, pre-sale question: Is there any way of changing the recipient from admin to another email address for the notification emails sent for things like reporting a listing or claiming a listing?
Hi
Notifications are sent to the email you provide in wp-admin > settings > general and wp-admin > woocommerce > settings > emails
Hi, yes, I understand that. That is why I am asking if there is no way of not having them go to admin email setup in settings, but to another address? It’s not always ideal having everything go to the admin address.
I don’t understand, why not add that alternative email there? Anyway, it’s not possible to have 2 separate emails
The admin email receives emails for everything related to the website. If I have a person responsible for the listing side of things only, I don’t want them to be receiving all admin related emails, but would ideally only want them to receive emails related to the listings, such as reporting, claims, etc. (I am fully aware that you can’t set more than one admin address, this is not what I am wanting to do) Setting email recipients in WooCommerce is also only limited to WooCommerce specific events. But, as WooCommerce allows you to set recipients for their events, it would be nice if one could also set different recipients to events related to the listings specifically.
The theme does not have option for it, maybe there is some plugin but not sure
Unfortunately the way the theme triggers/calls the events, it isn’t compatible with a plugin such as Better Notifications for WP. Would be great it it was.
Hi two pre-purchase questions; 1) Can persons make reviews without having to register or login? 2) Can admin manually create listings that can be claimed later on by a user who signs up and takes a package plan?
Hi
1. No
2. Yes
Hello, this is a pre-sale question.
We want to allow business to list for FREE, yet require them to ‘Renew’ every 6 months to ensure that their details stay relevant – e.g opening times or that they are still in business and not closed down.
How does this work? Would we choose a pricing package of $0 and then set a renewal timeframe? The business then has to ‘Renew’ within that time, or their business is set as ‘Expired’ and then not visible anymore?
Many thanks, Mike
Hi
Creating a package with 0 price and 6 months expiry date will help you achieve this
Lovely theme! Keep up the good work!
Thanks!
Hi, I just noticed that the demo shows the event date as today’s date instead of the event date e.g. see “Event date” next to the “Call now” button here: https://main.mylistingtheme.com/listing/blade-runner-2049/
Is it possible to show the event date here? It doesn’t make sense to show today’s date.
OK thank you – how did you do this – is there a setting?
Will admin can view the message between seller and customer..?
If its not able to visible to admin means. Its like violation in some countries… Because anybody can use this as confidential chat, which not having any data in admin end…
Hi
No, you can’t view them unless you go to and inspect the database
Will you add an option to view in admin panel..? in future..
Unfortunately no
Will you add an option that 1) only logged-in users can see the contact number / particular fields..? 2) Option to add google ads in listing pages for monetization.? Because of this 2 option i am looking for someother theme. All remaining features are worth it.
Hi
1. No
2. You can already do that
“logged-in users only can see the contact number / particular fields..” is a worthy feature… Is there any possibility to add..?
No, this requires custom work
Thanks a lot.. Will see some other possible themes…
Hi, do listings have an ID like a post ID? Where is this shown? Thanks
Hi
WP-admin > listings > edit > the ID will show in the URL just like for posts
Excellent thanks
Hi, is it possible to identify contact forms submissions depending on the listing?
e.g.
- Listing 1 contact form has a unique code/field/identifier – can be anything e.g. “L001”
- Listing 2 contact form has a unique code/field/identifier – can be anything e.g. “L002”
- Listing 3 contact form has a unique code/field/identifier – can be anything e.g. “L003”
etc.
It doesn’t matter what the code is – code/number is. It can be anything.
I just need to be able to identify unique contact form submissions depending on the listing it was submitted on.
Thanks!
Hi
You can identify them by name using special mail tags https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/thanks that’s great
can you do custom design?
Hi
We provide custom work through customizations.27collective.net
Hello, I would like to know how long the announcements that have expired remain in memory so that they can be reactivated again afterwards. I would like to know whether I can set a time limit after which the expired announcements are cancelled automatically. I would like to know whether the overdue announcements are still recurrent and for how long. Thank you.
Hi
Expired listings are permanently there unless you delete them manually
Hello! We are finally launching, and want to disable the stats button completely for a while.. I know we can turn off all options under Theme Tools > Listing Stats but then it is just a blank page? Is there a way to hide completely?
Hi
Hide the main dashboard link in wp-admin >appearance > menus > woocommerce menu so users can access only the other tabs (my listings, bookmarks etc.)
1. I read threads of comment and realised you do not want to implement the main features I will need in your theme. It is simply CONDITIONAL LOGIC in setting up the Listing Type. I see your customers have been asking for over 3 years with no solid response.
2. Do you have it in mind as requested by many to include TICKET features in the EVENT listing type soon?
