could you please clarify. currently if booking a slot for multiply persons it only counts as 1. for example we have 5 spaces available on our tour but 10 persons can book and it will count as 1.

it is possible to modify this plugin to count amount of persons (variable products) to decrease time slots availability?
Hi, did you look at option 4? In that option, the number of booked slots would correctly decrease.
Aside from that option, the other ways to book multiple tickets/seats at once do not decrease the time slots in Booked by that number.
The Booked plugin creators had said there was an update coming that included that feature and we were expecting it, but it has not yet been released.
It would be possible to modify the plugin, but it would take development as it’s not a simple change.

Hi, the background video feature in Elementor is intended to be a visual background behind content, and the controls are not shown or available, so since the audio can’t be turned on/off, there isn’t an option to play sound.

If you want a video with audio, we recommend using the Video widget instead.

Hi, thanks for the question. Currently we do have support for the standard WordPress search function. If you want to change how the search feature works, there are plugins that can be used: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/search/
One of those plugins may provide the result you’re looking for. If you’re referring to a more in-depth search specific to the Tours post type, that is on our roadmap but we don’t have a specific date to share when that will be released.

Hi, the last update only included changes to the marketing materials. How it works on Envato, that showed up as a “new update” but the theme was unchanged. I believe Envato just changed how this works, so in the future it should only show as an update if the theme has changed.
Regardless, our new changelog system is automated so it always shows the latest version – as long as your version number matches, you are good to go

In the booking system, you can have as many separate calendars as you like. Each calendar can have its own administrator assigned to it to manage the bookings. So yes you can have multiple people represented.
hi, i have some questions before buying the theme:
- I would need the following features, book bikes or boats, cars, etc … setting a price for children as well
- set up tours or boat trips with a calendar based on hours. it would be very nice if there was a group booking so that when a certain number is reached the bookers can pay a lower amount, also here set a piece for children as well as for adults
- give the possibility to create packages such as bike rental plus guided tour
- give the possibility to send a request before booking?

1. Yes you can set it up to book any of those. You can set a price for children as well.
2. Yes, the booking is hourly and you can change the price for groups.
3. Yes you can setup packages.
4. Yes you can set it up as a request or accept the booking right away.
5.Yes the booking is hourly.
6. Yes, you can have unlimited separate calendars for different things.
The main thing to note is that the way it works is customers can only book the time slots as they are defined on the site. So if you setup a booking slot for 5 hours, that is what they can book. You can set the time slots to be anywhere from 5 minutes up to one full day. But how you set it up is how it can be booked.
Does that make sense?
I could set time slots of 4 or 6 hours, would it be possible, for example, to set a time slot for all the days of that announcement without having to write it every time?
That is, if I set a time of the type 9: 00-15: 00 and then 16: 00- 22:00 can I set it as the default for all days?
Yes, you can setup a default schedule for each day of the week – Monday, Tuesday, etc. You can override that for any individual day, but you don’t need to set each day separately.

Presales: keen to try this for a horse riding school. Need to add bookings with some customisation. Not sure what booking plugin but i need to be able to do things like: grade horse (weight, height, level) grade rider (weight, height, level) instructor (level, availability)
So a rider/customer can input their height/weight/level and only horses that are appropriate would be shown to be booked. Once booked, the horse is taken off the available list for that time.
Is this possible with your booking system?

Hi, the booking system does allow for many types of custom fields to be added into the booking form, however the custom fields don’t control which bookings are available to the customer.

Hi Themovation, I recently purchased the Theme, but during the setup process, some Theme plugins fails to install: Booked, Envanto Market and Page Builder Widget Pack. Please help
Hi, sorry to hear that you ran into an issue. It’s rare that the setup does not install all the plugins, but it can happen. I just added those plugins into your install, so now you can re-run the theme setup to select which demo you want to import. You can re-run the setup in the WP admin under Appearance > Theme Setup.
