Hello, I have a question before I buy …
I noticed that in the last update the side menu is saved for logged in users, does this mean that I will be able to choose the status of the default menu?
... if I want it to be always open to connected users, can I do that?
If this option is not possible due to the theme settings, would I be able to get support help so that I can make this change to the code or would it come as a customization request and I would be ignored?
Hi Ph3llypeBR, sorry, but the theme doesn’t have that option and we don’t plan to add it (yes, this change only for you would be customization). Forcing the side menu to be open for all will mess with the layout of people that have or see the site in smaller resolutions. The option that we added is that users (via cookies) will be able to leave the side menu open or closed as they wish, but there’s no option to leave it always as one option. Best Regards!

Hi, Great theme but encountering issues after purchase isn’t a pleasant experience when a customer plans to roll this out to a community.
The below points are called out only in the view of having features & functions that will encourage uses to use the platform else there is no point in the theme.
1. When one user messages the other, special characters appear in the inbox notification – https://prntscr.com/13ei79d
2. Topic Creation preview – https://prntscr.com/13efuje – Could this be made to preview as and when Bold/ Italic is selected?
3. Select all users for group invite – https://prntscr.com/13ehiob
4. Can users reply with Gif or Image to a post? – https://prntscr.com/13ei1ec
5. Any File Size limit can be set on Video or Image upload via Status Update?
6. Any option to send images via DMs? – https://prntscr.com/13eiiug
7. Instead of Blog, can the forum have a frontend to allow users to create Blog like articles/ posts? Basically trashing Blog and Making the Forum have the look and Feel of the existing Blog? If this is a buddypress limitation, an alternative work around must be added to the future updates.
(I am well aware that user uploads will eat up my server storage space)
I see no point in rolling this out to the community at this stage where there are a lack of features and functionalities to use this plugin to build a community forum. It’s like having customers pay for your beta release of this product with no tentative roadmap on features and functionalities.
I also didn’t find any article/ document listing the limitations/ Not Available features of the plugin before purchase. A customer can not ask questions on critical minute features without using the product or experiencing it first hand before

Does the theme allows users to add posts from frontend?
Hi lawyerespana, if you are referring to blog posts, sadly no. the WordPress blog feature works from the backend and they have an already really powerful editor with lots of blocks and features (and constantly getting updates).
If you don’t want to grant access to the complete backend features to someone, remember that you also have the option to give users the role of “Editor”, “Author”, or “Contributor” https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/ which allows them to write blog posts from the backend but “locks” some of the other features.

Instead of uploading image directly, Please add a feature to post an image just using url on activity post. Uploading image directly have a huge impact of storage and performance.

can we got update fix meta tag/open graph for activity, profile, and more for buddypress?
example: when user shared their profile to social media like facebook the og-image is buddypress avatar.
because when i try to shared user account is not showing their avatar on thumbnail (example: https://prnt.sc/1396vpf)

Could u please provide better quality of images like the badges, quests, gems/stones/coins etc for displays with higher density? On mac/iPhone/iPad i looks really blurry… maybe as an svg?

We include all illustrations in the pack, so you can make them as big as you want! Please be sure that when you go to your downloads page, you not only download the installable WordPress file, but also the main files. Many things, like the demo imports and illustration files are inside that main zip file so be sure to download it and check it out.
I’ve seen the images and PSD files, but this files aren’t bigger than the ones already at the demo-content. Thought a vector file would be better… And i don’t have Photoshop or Illustrator :-/

+ amazon hetzner or custom storage service option for files , so all files would be uploaded directly to drive to make website work smoother
