Hello, I recently created a blog page on my client’s site: https://meadowsmuseumdallas.org/blog/ I’ve enabled comments in Settings—> Discussion and have done so on each post as well yet there is no comment box appearing under the blog articles. Where are people supposed to make comments? Does Rosie theme not support this? Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the update! I’ve updated to Rosie 4.7 but I’ve tried uploading the latest MasterSlider and it is apparently an old version too. Is this gonna be uploaded any time soon? WP Bakery is still missing in the pack. Thanks!

Hello, I’ve been using Rosie for a long time and love it. My issue is that I cannot seem to get the new version of Event Calendar Pro coming out in August to work with the Rosie theme. Currently the calendar works fine: https://meadowsmuseumdallas.org/program-calendar/ although I had to do a ton of CSS. When I try to switch to the new version that’s out (current version going away in Aug) all the events disappear from the calendar home page. I tried disabling all plugins to no avail but when I switched to Twenty Seventeen the events come back. Is it worth me renewing support for this question? Would you be able to troubleshoot this? Thanks for your help.

I am an old customer of yours. After updating the theme, I lost the changes you made before for me – to hide the feature image (only) inside the posts. I want to display the post title though.
I tried to add this css inside the custom css
.featured-thumbnail-header { display: none; !important; }
But this is hiding the feature image AND the title. I want to hide only the feature/header image.
Please help by providing a custom css (instead of changing wordpress files so that future theme updates do not affect them) to
- HIDE feature image
- Show the post title

Hello. We’ve been using Rosie for many years on our site: https://meadowsmuseumdallas.org/ I just upgraded to the latest version of Wordpress today and then WP Bakery to latest version, 6.4.0, Slider Revolution 6.2.23 and then Rosie to v 4.1 Site looks fine but when I got into the Dashboard and try to edit a page, I just see back end text and code rather than the nice page builder. I cannot click on the Visual tab, it is stuck on Text. What happened to the page builder and can I switch it back on? Here is what the text looks like:

I’m afraid that made no difference. I cleared everything from my browser cache and I also switched from Chrome to Firefox with no difference. What is causing this? It’s really difficult to update the site like this when you cannot see the site builder. I created a staging server and tried to go back to Rosie 3.0 but it broke the site and you see all that code on the front end too not just the back end. I’m afraid to go back now. I don’t really want to pay another year of support if it’s an upgrade issue? Do you have any suggestions?

Upgrading from 3.0 to 4.1 requires to update all bundled plugins, please make sure bundled plugins being updated too. I strongly recommend you to connect your site via FTP and go to wp-content/plugins path then rename existing plugins;
js_composer to js_composer_OLD ozy-rosie-essentials to ozy-rosie-essentials_OLD masterslider to masterslider_OLD essential-grid to essential-grid_OLD revslider to revslider_OLD mailchimp-widget to mailchimp-widget_OLD
these plugins updated/replaced. Once you done with updating everything clear your server and browser cache (for browser you can even test in incognito mode)

I am having really big challenges after updating- the site version is still showing as the old version, and the media gallery won’t accept new images and some of the old images don’t display properly. I have tried several times to download the latest update package and install the new theme, but it still shows the old version. I have 3.1 installed and was trying to update to 4.0, but it continually shows 3.1 as current version. Do I need to update the child theme as well? Doesn’t that negate the usefulness of the child theme? Please help.

I bought your Rosie Theme a long time ago. Great theme, everything’s great so far. Now an update to Wordpress 5.3.2 was done automatically. Since then the social icons (widgets) in the footer are shown as an error code. Is there a chance to fix it?

Hello, since upgrading to Rosie 3.9 the other day, I have noticed that all the ‘separator with text’ modules have disappeared (I used them for the dates of the exhibitions) and have been replaced with a plain text block showing the ozy code next to the date. This is a typical code I’m left with: [ozy_vc_divider caption=”April 30–November 3, 2019″] Here it is on the page: https://meadowsmuseumdallas.org/exhibitions/goyas-vision-in-ink/ Is there a quick way to fix this without having to go in manually and fix them all? (BTW, I have manually fixed the current exhibitions as I don’t want them to look bad.) Hi there, considering to purchase your template and would need to know some stuff first:
- the animated text and icons, which appear on mouse-hover on the image boxes seem to miss some keyframes right before they reach their final place, which makes it look kind of jumpy or stop-motion-like. Are you aware of this issue? Is it going to be solved? (using latest Firefox on Mac OS)
- do you have a module for a login mask for visitors in order to block random visitors from viewing the website?
- are there any controls for animation smothness, e.g. of the menu, so there is no need to dig through the CSS code?
- how fast do you usually reply to support inquiries?
- how is your business doing? Any plans to discontinue your service any time soon? I need to be sure I can count on you being around long enough, because I’ve already had HOGASH drop their service for one of their templates after I’ve discovered lots of flaws.

1 – About animated and Icons, we didn’t see any issue and not received any report previously. so now we are going to check on the specific browser and system as you told.
2 – Non logged in visitors could be blocked, its common WordPress feature, sorry if I am missing the point.
3 – Little tweaks has to made on CSS so there is child theme available.
4 – Support time, since we are responding your question after 2 days it doesn’t mean we do so for the tickets, we check very often, always open, as you can see its Sunday and we are here 
(please keep in mind that we might in different timezone)
5 – This is our business, so we are not going to leave it:) as you can see we are continuously pushing updates and new themes too.
If issue related with us and its not functioning as we advertised, not going to deny the issue and just leave it there.

Hi there. I have enjoyed your theme for years now and will continue it for as long as I can.
Recently having warnings and errors with the plugin “Essential Grid” and “add-rel-lightbox”, both are must haves for the theme to display correctly. Hosting support says the EG plugin is causing the display warning mentioning changing a targeting switch within a certain line of code.
add-rel-lightbox is currently deactivated as it displays an error message on the entire page when active.
Looking for suggestions on steps to correct theme package plugins.
