Convert Plus plugin which came with this theme has been discontinued by its developers. What options do I have now?

Strange…. for the past few days I was unable to update it and I couldn’t find it on Brainstorm website, i must be blind lol.
But the problem now is that they’re asking me to buy a license in order to update to 3.5.19, i don’t know… it’s just that those wordpress update notifications always bugging me. wish I could turn them off for certain plugins

Any updates for bundled plugins can be done by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Plugins (not via the regular section). If you do not see an update, it will be added shortly

Hi guys, I just wanted to comment on here to let you know your built-in theme import of Psychology (and potentially any theme with custom icons?) is DEFINITELY bugged until you use the recent patcher for 7.3.1 – the patch that fixes the PHP loop. The end result is that if you don’t catch it, hosts will shut down your hosting/servers entirely due to CPU usage! We had this exact scenario unfold with a brand new version of Avada with nothing else installed as we just started building out a new website on Siteground. They shut us down (an insanely scary couple of hours elapsed where we lost all work on all other sites on our servers) but thankfully I was able to speak with them directly and they got us back up and running.
My recommendation to you, make an emergency fix to Avada’s full version to fix this fatal flaw as it is a potential killer for unsuspecting agencies. Basically it can shut down an agencies’ entire hosting account – which could have many different websites on it.

We are well aware of the loop issue and the patch was exclusively released for that very purpose, it appears that for some reason after importing the prebuilt site the user is not applying the patch which should be done as soon as we release any patches, the patcher tool is there so we can quickly release the updates / fixes like that for our users and its easier than applying a complete update.
We will be soon releasing our latest version of theme 7.4 that is going to include the fix for this and it is already around the corner so we suggest you to please wait for that version.

hi, I want to purchase your theme but have one question. i want to be able to add different sections from different demos on my main page. so for example I want the header from one demo and the footer from another demo, but all for the same page on my site. how easy is it to be able to do this?

Hi,
You can freely import individual pages (their general skeletons) using our individual demo import method. So that way you can import specific pages from multiple demos.
We also offer several pre-built headers inside our new custom header / layout builder – so with our theme builder it’s possible to import / modify and use one of the several headers on your site regardless of what demo you import.
Its not possible to have two complete demos imported exactly in parallel though i.e. when you import demo A, you will get all its pages/posts/theme-options/custom headers/custom footers etc. But when you import demo B, then while you will still keep the previous pages/posts, your theme options will be overwritten to that of the new demo. If its one of the newer demos, you will still get to keep the previous custom headers/custom footers from previous demo imports so this is partially possible.
In general, because we offer a powerful theme builder / layout builder now, you will be able to create a custom header/footer pretty easily.

Thanks for your reply. My other question was about importing different page elements though. For example, say I like a particular section of demo A (like the “latest posts” layout) and I like a particular section of demo B (like the “subscribe” layout) – can I important these two sections from demo A and demo B on one single page on my site?

If any demo is using any custom post types there will be an option in our demo importer to do that, by custom post type we mean our own theme custom post type such as FAQs, Portfolios, Avada Slides.

The demos you see in the blog category would be the closest to a newspaper theme. You can import those and modify the imported site for your needs as needed. Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello,
I’m using Avada-Architecture home as showen in your DEMO,
but there is an issue in the main navigation bar: the second menu layer is not displayed correctly.
Having the navigation in the bottom of the slide, you need to scroll to see it which is not very good because users see it as an error, they don’t see the second layer they think it’s missing.
It should show up on top of the navigation bar.
Can you please fix it?

This is a design decision, if you don’t want the header to be at the bottom you can certainly change its place via Global Options, or create a complete custom header from scratch, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I am working with Mamp Pro, do I have to register the Avada license and then delete it when I host a website online? It was so easy with the tokens because I work on several projects at the same time… don’t think that is user friendly

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to your support account and removing the domain from there and click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://theme-fusion.com/documentation/avada/support/avada-registration-q-and-a/

Hi, Unfortunately we had expired the support, we are facing the huge CPU usage from your theme had tried in multiple servers, Siteground and Hostgator in both the servers Avada theme is eating the CPU and getting my hosting account suspended. Please do something regarding the CPU usage if we remove avada theme everything is fine

Hello Guys, right now Avada woo-commerce has 3 options “color, Image and button” but there is no drop down option How can I modify variants on product page (with woocommerce) to have drop downs instead of boxes?, the reason im asking because one product has more than 20 variations, and take too much of space.

B.S.!! I bought this theme years ago PRECISELY because it had unlimited use. I have been using it for years and have done MANY websites with that single purchase. I’m OK with buying a new one if that’s the new rule, but don’t lie to our faces saying “it’s been like this from day one”. Complete LIE. Changes in policy are understandably; companies evolve. No need to lie though.

That would be incorrect. Terms of licensing has absolutely been the same since day one. One license is valid for a single domain/site. If you have any doubts on this, you can always contact Envato/ThemeForest support as they manage the licensing conditions too

The one license per install condition has been part of the licensing terms from day 1. Nothing has been changed from our side in that regard and that rule applies to every theme sold here on themeforest.
The only update is to how the registration process works. Previously we used Tokens but now it just uses the regular purchase code.
Avada now has a new registration system. The new change in the registration process offers an improved, streamlined registration process. You will need to follow the purchase code based registration method just once for each website and after that you’re all set to receive future updates and premium plugins etc.

I have wordpress multisite installed on a server. While I updated the theme on one of the sister sites, it is now not letting me update on the main one that is essential. Is this theme no longer accepting Multisite Wordpress?

Pre-sales question: in the new Extras > Conditional Rendering feature, does it support setting the condition based on device screen orientation (landscape vs portrait)? For example, show Container A if landscape, show Container B if portrait. It doesn’t matter what the Device Type is. Thanks.
