1) Yes., Its Possible., These will be Woocommerce related queries and not theme related. Depending on whether you are using the PayPal Pro, Express or Default extensions for the Woo plugin, you will need to check the settings.
Either way, for the default PayPal shipping/billing address please go to -> WP Dashboard >> Woocommerce >> Settings >> Checkout >> PayPal and check your settings. PayPal allows us to send one address. If you are using PayPal for shipping labels you may prefer to send the shipping address rather than billing.

I wanted to make sure that a product in the WooCommerce can have options such as color and size on the product detail page? ie if a certain wig comes in black, brown and blonde.. the user can choose from drop down and add that to cart.. (We don’t want to create separate thumbnail for each color..)

One of the issues we are experiencing is still not fix after the updates. If you go into our homepage, you will see that the testimonial sections is displayed all at once and not in slider view. I can see JS errors on console that may be causing the issue too. Please check.

1) Is there any documentation about the classes that are used inside the theme? 2) I want to use the Vertical timeline element, but for some reason, I can not get it to be left and right. So I guess I will have to use some theme-specific class. I have used another theme of yours (one life) and I remember you have some classes ready for most of the styling of the elements.

Hello, I have done everything as stated in the documentation, This is not the first time I am working with WooCommerce. I said earlier, this feature (Change of Image with selected variation) works well when I change the theme to WordPress Twenty Twenty One Theme. It stops working the moment I change the theme back to Triss Theme. I have tried other plugins as well, none seem to work, I have tested these plugins with the WordPress default theme and they all work. This does not work only with your theme. Also, You did not say anything about the shop page showing 3 cols instead of the 4 cols set on the theme options?

Most of it depends on page content which compromises of images. If images are properly optimized and you’re using a cache plugin and good fast host, the speed issue shouldn’t happen on any theme.

We used this theme and installed the demo content. Nowhere this theme suggested or told us that it will delete the existing data and no warning was given. So, after demo installation it deleted all of our products which resulted into a loss. So, we have now decided to not use this theme and we had to restore our backup. So, kindly issue a refund. We’ve deleted the theme from our end and are not using it any longer. Thanks.

Thank you for sharing this. This should have been said in a warning when we tried to import demo design. General practice is that no previous data is deleted in no way in any theme, so this was an exception. However, still due to the fact it deleted our 600+ products and we had to figure out why it happened eventually resulting us in restoring the entire website, we can’t go with this theme for any longer. Thankfully we had created the backup. However, we can’t use and go with this theme. We will need to ask for a refund. I hope you will understand.

Absolutely unfair as your theme destroyed the entire website obviously and I’ve even deleted the theme from my end completely. We have decided to not use the theme at all as it is of no use to us if it does like that. It should have warned when demo was installed. I hope you can reconsider and will provide refund.
