That Menu is coming from WooCommerce and we have no control over it, you have to Customize the WooCommerce plugin Core files for it.

You guys are the best – We have purchased over 12 licensed copies of Porto and really enjoy the flexibility of this theme, the continuous improvements and the support you provide when needed.

In this case, we do have Porto Version: 6.0.6, however the feature for template builder is NOT in the options for Porto.

Getting ajax error during “Porto Functionality” plugin install after you all deactivated a domain license so we could move license to new domain. Updates are not working even though it shows registered to the correct domain name. How do I get it to get past ajax error without having to pay for support every time we do this.

Already did 3 times. Still does not work. The site is still down. Love how you all create the issues in order for us to renew and pay for the support when it was you who created the issues to begin with!

I can not get support with my license because it now shows expired! Yet the issue is with a licensing error and refuses to update. I will not pay for support that you all because of an issue you created in the first place! This is exactly why I do not do business with developers who like to control licenses on sites in order to be working correctly and for updates when we should be doing updates manually to begin with to keep a site from crashing. Now we have a site down for 3 days because we are going back and forth now! Paying for support is one thing, but requiring it just for a site to run normally is another!

Thank you for this amazing theme, I just had one problem with my header on homepage and any page created with elementor it shows correctly but when I open a product filter or category the header is all missed up for some reason, How can I fix this problem? Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, and also don’t forget to check the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard as well and check all the settings under it one by one.

|.   Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
||.  Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
|||. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
|V.  Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V.   Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it

And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 01/03/2020. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Hey thank you for the reply, I did as you asked It is Elementor Pro which is causing the problem which is the way I created the porto block with elementor pro but it shows correctly on homepage but it does not show correctly on categories or filters of woocommerce pages header, Could you please tell me what is wrong? That might be any pro version of the plugin feature or option that creating an issue on your site, please create the new header and footer using the Theme default plugin, or try to contact Elemetor pro plugin support for solving the pro version plugin issue for you on your site.

Sorry to say that but we have not officially tested the PW WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin with the Theme, nor it is included in the third party plugins compatible with the list confirmed from our end on the item page, So this is the third party plugin issue, not the Theme issue, and we do not provide our dedicated support for third-party plugins issue as because this requires Customization.

You have two options, First, you have to contact the plugin author and ask the plugin author to Customize the plugin core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme for you.

Second, If you want us to Customize the Theme core files for you for making them compatible with the Theme, then you have to contact our Customization team for paid Customization services.

I solved it by creating a template page with elementor that is activated only on the gift card product, I just wanted to understand if it was my problem but apparently it is not compatible

Hi, we’re having issues with the Porto Carosuel / Ultimate Content Box at the top of the homepage. It looks great on desktop, but on mobile the image gets moved and the words don’t fit properly. Is there a CSS code to add that keeps the dimensions of the banner the same on mobile as they are on desktop? Thanks

This is not the issue, but this is because of the Theme Custom CSS and JS editors, If you want to work that code, you have to remove the Theme CSS and JS editors from the Theme completely and that requires customization. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting our customization team or hire a developer.

No, Sorry to say that but this is not possible, It only takes you to the particular page but not wit particular ID on that page, this is the default functionality of the element and it works same with default WP Theme as well, Please watch this video: https://jmp.sh/K18f49r so you have to try with any other third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

Ok Thanks for sharing the Ticket no with me, yes, I have confirmed from the support department and they told me it’s an issue, and they already forwarded this issue to the development department for fixing it with the upcoming updates of the Theme, I am sorry I do not have the exact timeframe of the update but the development department is working on the new Theme update and soon it will be available for sure, so please be patience.
