I have read people have countless issues with the current demo import of the theme and I wanted to leave a comment here for everyone who is trying to get the media files and posts imported.

Step 1 : Install theme and install theme given child-theme Step 2: Add Theme Purchase code to the theme panel Step 3: Increase all PHP and WP memory limits to the required ones stated in documentation (this is just in case) Step 4: Import Billey-version-1.3.0 files (not 1.4) Step 5: Delete all weird comments and posts to clean up the site Step 6: Install “Better Search Replace” and replace both “chinh.local” and “dungnv.local” with “billey.thememove.com” – This step is important for Revolution slider media files missing attatchments.

We just updated your theme, and now it does not work with Elementor and I can no longer edit the site. Is there somthing you guys can do to fix this. My hosting provider is saying that your code is corrupt.

Your demo on the website is not working

Something that really appears to be missing with the woocommerce portion of this theme is the ability to add a “my account” profile icon as an option to turn on in the header next to the cart.

Very problematic template, from the first moment, but the creators are unable to solve the problems, there has been an error message about JS for several months, the woocommerce suddenly stopped working and all the products I uploaded to the site disappeared, mobile menu updated after a few weeks and I think this is JS’s problem. In my opinion if you do not want to hurt your business, do not buy the template because it is completely bugged, I unfortunately got stuck

The demos are currently not appearing on your main theme overview page. There’s a big blank space where the screenshots should be, but none appear and the mouseover doesn’t click anywhere.

I have tried with iphone, android, computer, different browsers, etc … some pages I have seen and I really like the theme, but I don’t understand why it doesn’t load. I would like to buy the theme, but I would not like to have the problem loading to my site. Is the problem just to view the demo or is it a problem I may have with my site too? Also, is the theme compatible with LearnDash (or Tutor LMS) to sell courses? I know you have the MaxCoach theme, but I would like this Billie theme.

Hi, I updated both Billey and Elementor to the latest version, but seems like they don’t work well together…?! The pages loading speed is super slow, and some widgets provided by elementor are missing. All the server system status are okay. I changed to other theme with Elementor and it works well.

I have purchased the Wordpress theme Billey but we can’t get it to download the demo content. The theme import just doesn’t seem to complete.
