Just updated from 1.8 to 1.8.4 and all works great, but I can’t update WP Bakery visual composer:
“To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.”
Hi,
simplest way to get latest plugin version is to delete plugin and then to install it again. In this case your theme will install automatically latest plugin version included with the theme.

Hi , I just bought this theme, really unhappy with it. Can you refund? I can’t move the logo away from the menu…why?? I cant remove text above the logo ‘MAKE YOUR MENU AT APPEARANCE => MENUS After check Left Section and Right Section theme locations’ These should be straight forward, not frustrating. Im not a coder. And this is just for starters… refund please

When I go into Appearance then Customise then Home settings then try to apply a slider none of them are working even after I have published the change. See attached screen shot /Users/vanessaturner/Desktop/Screenshot 2021-06-11 at 14.17.40.png
You need to adjust your sliders not from Customizer or Theme Options page. You need to adjust it from your page using page builder.

you can import demo data with default wordpress importer or with one click demo importer. For first case demo data is included with theme package you downloaded from Themeforest.
Also with theme package is included theme documentation. There you can find some instruction about it.

I found a bug, when you open website on the iPad Air 2 in vertical mode (even live demo) the website logo in the header is moving to the left and covers expandable menu button thus it makes it unresponsive. Is there any easy fix for this? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am very happy with Artday and the responsiveness of the support. I use it with the Falang plugin which is free and allows the site to be translated into one or more languages. It works with woocommerce and could be added directly in the template download as an additional feature according to its developer. (sorry for this kind of announcement but I sincerely appreciate the plugin and the developer was also very responsive and kind even with the use with Artday by finding some small bugs fixed thanks to him in one of your updates.

The Logo i have designed is of size 500 by 500 px and when i try to replace with the logo that comes with theme my logo is shown very small. Do I need to do anything for the logo to be displayed properly?

seems that your logo is small in it self, I mean the image can have some paddings or something like that. But simplest way to increase the logo size is from CSS.
