So, I am just curious, as I still have my original install from YEARS ago. I would really like to continue to use this theme, even without the clanwars or match making support, but was curious if anyone else has had any luck contacting SkyWarrior themes, or has been able to get it working with newer versions of wordpress or php?

Not sure where Dan Fisher is and i do know that we no longer have Zorz in SW team anymore and Zorz was the only one i seen to give great support. Yes theme has been updated in 2023. but no support has been given since 2021 on their forums. No Skywarrior themes are working at all right now. Plugins they have are not updated and can’t be updated. I loved this theme. and the support they had years ago was good. But now they have stopped everything. Please do not buy anything for Skywarrior. your wasting your money cause nothing works and no support. not on their discord not on their forums. their website no longer works and email no longer works.
Sorry Not Dan Fisher. i got the themes mixed up with the editor. Dan Fisher is from another theme. Zorz is from SW well use to be. Dan Fisher has nothing to do with Skywarrior. I just realized i made the mistake on that part. however everything else still stands. Sorry Dan.
They do NOT respond on their own support forum. do NOT buy this theme unless you’re a programmer and can fix things with zero customer support.

I just purchased the Theme, but i made a mistake of adding 2 Same themes to the Cart and also paid 2 Times for the same Theme.
I would like to have a Refund for the 2nd Theme (Blackfyre – Create Your Own Gaming Community) Because i only need one of them.

I’ve attempted numerous times for support help due to a bug issue in the game, I’ve been tossed around on a chasing spree for support. Made multiple attempts to join your message board and no approval, joined your discord and spoke with a support member but he couldn’t assist me said you were on vacation. I want a refund please.
I guess I’m going to decide to go a different route. Just isn’t what I was looking for apparently. How do I request a refund?

Hello there, I would like to use this theme for something else because it has nice looking forum and shop, I dont want to use it for gaming or clan… Is it possible to disable clan things via wordpress options? Thank you. The only reason I want to buy its because I love how it looks, forum is amazing and shop is amazing, that is what I need… i can disable other tabs for clan and things? Fully customizable?
Is it possible to remove activity on user forum profile and friends,groups,clans tab? Because I dont need it to show on someones profile.

How do I go about requesting a refund or replacement. BlackFyre does NOT work with WPBakery (per WPBakery developers). I have installed multiple other themes and do not have this issue with Frontend editor not working on ANY other themes.

Basically WP Bakery stops working upon install of the theme. However it works in all my other themes.
This comment has been under review for almost a week, and the support forums still have yet to get a response. There is even another thread posted that no one has responded too about the exact same issue. Please give me an update, let me try another theme, or refund the purchase.

I installed the July 6th version and my WPBakery is now working in the clan creation process, however im noticing a few other issues. I have posted in the support forum.

Clan Leader can challenged only? - there is user vs user messenger? - How we veryfied clan match score? by users / leaders / admin only? - maximum clan size? - users have only one account for clan menagment and forum or have to create 2 account? Hello. Im fairly new and just purchased this theme. I imported the demo content (did not have a 1 click install button in theme options) and when I click create a clan, it takes me to the standard Add Post page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
