Hi, 27. Something’s weird with my Direct messaging. Whenever a person A sends multiple messages (each message is several sentences) back-to-back to person B, the person B only gets 1 and sometimes 2 messages. Some of the messages don’t even show up.
I just did this test and only the 1st and the 6th message sent by A was received by B. It seems that if you’re randomly sending messages, the ‘live chat’ on the other person’s screen won’t show all your messages. Upon refreshing the page, I found that B actually got all the messages – it just wasn’t displayed in his ‘live chat’.
This isn’t supposed to be normal, right?
Edit: Someone on facebook group suggested it could be a cache issue. I deactivated the cache, including all the plugins, and even disabled the Cloudflare proxy, and did a retest. But the problem continues. It seems a user has to wait a certain time (4-5 seconds) before sending multiple messages. If he sends 3-4 messages in quick succession, only 1 or 2 message will be seen in receiver’s live chat.
Could there be a fix to this? I was hoping for a simple text-based chat that too isn’t encrypted or anything should feel a bit more snappy.

Hi 27. Is there a way I could make the single layout of listing profile look the same as desktop as it looks in mobile?
What I’m saying is, on the Single Layout in desktop mode, the tabs run all the way from the left-most part of the screen to the right-most past of the screen – please see this: https://ibb.co/TTZjkbP
This looks weird as the categories, tags, regions tab look so empty on the right side. I tried reducing the width of the profile using the CSS width:70% but this also affects the mobile version….and on top of it, the profile aligns to the left instead of being in the center.

If you are talking about shop page: To add a sidebar to shop page, go to wp-admin > pages > edit shop page > change the template to Sidebar + Content.
In theme tools > theme options > shop page > you can set the number of columns and select the sidebar
In appearance > widgets, you can add widgets to that sidebar

Hello, I am trying your demo. After I registered a business user, I clicked Add list and filled in the Chinese address in the adding list. The pin on the map did not move accordingly. Is there a solution to this? For example, can I delete this map function in the adding list page?

A listing can have unlimited categories. If you mean listing types instead of categories, then no. A listing can belong to a single listing type.

I have not looked at my site for a few days now but when I did login today I stumbled across an anomaly I cant work out.
I wanted to register a business as a new user and logged out. The first this I noticed was that the home page only showed the title and description and no links or content. Even the search bar has gone. I logged back in as admin and checked the front end and everything is in tact. I log out and 90% of the front page is missing.
I deleted or de-activated, Smush, WP Rocket, SSL and Cloudflare from the site and there was no change. Still 90% missing. Tried a new browser and still 90% missing. 2 different PC and no change. Finally I uploaded a fresh copy of the theme to the server and no change.

Hello there. Will there be an Update Release soon? I set up the whole website twice but unfortunately after a certain time (can’t tell at which moment or neither which event) I’m not able to open the customizer anymore. My Hoster says everything works fine. I actually deactivated all the Plugins (except for Woocommerce and elemntor – of course) but still the same. Fun fact: When I switch to another theme, deactivate all plugins – switch back to MyListing but have elementor still deactivated, the customizer works like a Charme. So I guess has something to do with MyListing/Elementor. Anyway: Except for that Issue – great theme! Love it. ★★★★★

You don’t need a plugin for this. You can enable captcha for registration form in theme tools > user roles.
You can add the key in wp-admin > listings > settings

Hello, I find some of your functionality rather frustrating and almost nonsensical? In settings I was able to create a different use role
Users A – can create listings Users B – can’t create listings
The navigation button leads to an explore page, not add a listing page
However for some reason Users B when logged in DON’T see the header button to explore listings (the purpose of the button) and Users A see it (when they don’t want to explore them).
It seems like button is tied to the ability to add listings, but it omits the idea that someone changed the button destination. So now people who should see the button don’t. Is there a way to fix this and make sure that people who can’t add a listing can see the nav button?

You’re right. We meant the button to be used for add listing but it can be used for other things aswell so that’s a mistake.

In the child theme. When you copy call-to-action.php from main theme to child theme, you edit it and replace its contents with the code above
I did this as you described above, I copied the file from main to child, and in the child theme I edited the file. Still when I register on the site as a regular user without the ability to add listings, I don’t see the navigation button ;-// given all the advanced functionality you offer this is a huge set back… any idea why it didn’t work?

Hello, 27 collective. First of all i need to say that your theme is great and i really like it and need it for purpose of my job.
So, i have a few presale questions.
1. Is it possible to enable multiple locations in one listing that will be shown in explore page map, just like the main location is showed? 2. If question no. 1 is not possible, then is it possible to change map in code, to replace your maps with google map that can have all locations in explore and listing map? 3. If nothing from the first 2 questions is possible, than please could you tell me is it possible to redesign the code so that original listing map can have multiple locations that will be shown in explore page map?

Sorry, the question is not clear or I’m not able to understand what you mean. If you add a static map and replace those dynamic maps, obviously the search results and the map would not be synced

So you want to add a static map on those pages? You can do that, but as I said the static map would not be synced with the search results in any way. For example, when you search for a certain listing in explore page search, the map will not update to show only that listing on the map
