Downloaded from Envato Elements and tried to request support but don’t have a valid envato purchase number and it won’t except our license number so posting this here.

We just installed the theme and loaded the required plugins, followed the installation instructions for loading sample data and it looks like things are not working correctly. We are missing the top menu and we get a lot of 404 errors. Also it looks like a lot of duplicate pages from the import. How can we fix this?

I downloaded your theme from evnato elements and it does not have one click demo installer. Your documentation explicitly says that it is there but actually it is not. Can you provide the demo plugin and demo files? I have gone through the downloaded files but only product xml is there which cannot be installed due to a VXR file that is missing. As per evnato agreement, your theme must be fully installable. Otherwise this would be an intentional breach on your part. Pls provide complete files. Also, the theme is v3.0 and it doesn’t allow any updates. and I have a subscription and I expect support from your side with resolution of this issue. Thanks.

I just bought a template, but how can I not install the demo data. I can’t install the Bazien Package Demo Data plugin. To be honest I am disappointed and would like to get my money back.

Hello, 1, Live preview for Bazien for wordpress does not work here. 2, Bazien gives us a website, but the product filter does not work properly. If “sort by” is selected or filtered by price or category, then it does not work filter by attribute. You mentioned earlier in this thread “But we may change theme core, So [the new update] may just support for new install site”. I noticed this when I tried to update the Bazien theme to the new version- It mangled everything. I have no idea why you put this in the pipeline as an update. If it’s a new theme, call it something other than Bazien.

Was this ever updated? I’ve downloaded the most recent version and it still has 2015 dates on it. Incompatibilities with the new version of woo commerce are causing major problems!
