I have just tested it at my end on my test site with the very latest version of the Theme and it is working perfectly fine for me, please see the below given screenshots and make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins and check back after removing the cache.

WP Bakery plugin is included in the Theme package but not its license.
You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the theme update.
And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by don-themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Another problem and its appears on your site démos too, : on menu with Androïd smartphones, if I want to use the search fied and type keywords, the smartphone keyboard appears and immediately, the menu is closing, (only with Androïd), I have tried to an upper z-index with élémentor, but it doesn’t work, Thanks for you response Riode is a super theme

These pages are only for the dummy purpose and to show the customers that they can achieve same using our Theme, so if you want to set the 8 columns for your Shop/Category pages you can simply achieve it using Theme Options under Riode >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop Pages as showing below as per your requirements.

Please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue, otherwise please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin Login details so that we will check and solve it for you.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have setup the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
