How to disable product navigation (Previous/Next) on product detail page, please? I have looked everywhere in the theme options. It would be great to have it as an option in the Theme Settings. Thank you!

Sorry to say but right now there isn’t any option available under the Theme Options to disable the Product Navigation on the Single Product page.

So, you can try out the following Custom CSS on your Site to hide them:

.single-product .product-nav {
display: none !important;
}

Location to paste Custom CSS, please go to Dashboard > Riode > Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > there in the CSS code section, you need to paste the CSS told above.

Note: Now to switch between enabling or disabling the Product Navigations, you just need to add the CSS or comment it out and the Product Navigations will act accordingly.

Sometimes it may require your own Customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the Theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Regarding the Site Speed, sorry for the inconvenience but according to the Envato Policy, the Site Speed or SEO comes under Site Customization and isn’t included in the Item Support Policy.

Although, this is quite normal for all WordPress Websites. It is not Theme-specific, but how WordPress works. All WordPress sites need to be optimized once launched. IDX and IMPress just add more load to the page speeds.

You will need to optimize certain aspects of the Website in order to optimize the page load speeds.

You can use the GTmetrix page and follow the Recommendations they show you on your Results page: https://gtmetrix.com/

And Pingdom: https://tools.pingdom.com/

First off all, you need to optimize all the images, you can use this plugin, which takes care of this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/

For minifying CSS, JS, HTML, the Theme has this feature: Dashboard >> Riode >> Optimize Wizard or if you are accessing through WP-ADMIN bar then Riode > Management > Optimize Wizard.

If this still doesn’t help, then you can use a Caching Plugin like W3 Cache plugin. And you can use a CDN Service, Free or Paid ones, like Cloudflare, or MaXCDN, or Stackpath.

As a last resort, you can use a CDN Service.

Great theme! Is it possible to keep the fonts used locally? Legal disputes are increasingly taking place in Europe because the IP addresses of visitors (when loading the fonts) are transmitted to Google without being asked. There is a plugin to fix this (OMGF) but unfortunately it doesn’t work with the Riode theme.

Sorry to say but unfortunately right now there isn’t any option available in the Theme for that.

If you have already tried a Plugin in this regard and it has not worked for you then try using any other third party plugin in this regard. Hopefully, it might work for you.

Further, if you want to make any third party plugin compatible with the Theme then we would suggest you to contact our dedicated Customization Team in this regard for paid services because it requires making changes in the Theme core files.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I also bought the Porto Theme you made, there’s the option to disable Google Fonts & Upload Custom Fonts. Maybe you could add that option anytime soon to the Riode Theme. Without this feature, the theme is not GPDR compliant and thus not risk-free to use in Europe. Greetings, keep up the good work.

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in our theme :)

If you want to transfer your license from test site to live site, you can, you have to go to Riode >> Theme License and deactivate the theme from there and then activate the theme with same license on your live site, it will work for you, OR you can contact us and request us, we will reset the license for you as well.

But remember that one single license is used for one single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, and you may wish to confirm from them as well.

Actually, there are some standard Server Requirements that needs to be followed using the Riode Theme which are defined here on the following link: https://d-themes.com/wordpress/riode/documentation/2021/01/28/server-requirements/

If somehow, your Server Requirements are not upto the mark in terms of execution_time then you won’t be able to use the Standard Import option of the Demo Import under the Riode > Setup Wizard but you can still import the Demo using the Alternative Import option which is usually there for the lower Server ones: https://snipboard.io/Vv60Fz.jpg

I am having a very big problem with Riode lately. When I try to update the theme or the plugins to the latest version 1.4.10 I get the replay “already_used” but wordpress and Riode keep telling me my version is 1.4.9 and needs updating. So I decided to remove Riode Core and wanted to reinstall it, but when I try to reinstall it it simply tells me “failed”and it moves to the next step. Never installing Riode Core so the website is completely bugged.

I have no idea where to get support from the Riode creators, and when I try to use the support here it tells me my support needs to be renewed. But I do not see how I would need to pay again while I already paid for this only to make sure their own product works properly.

So any reply from the devs?

I am still runing into the same issue.

The problem is, I think, I am using a staging website where I first test plugin and theme updates before performing them on my live website. In the past my website was offline for hours due to updates conflicting and I want to prevent that.

I have now updated my staging website to 1.4.10 but when I try to update the live website it tells me “already_used”. Is there a way you can support running staging websites with your local database where you keep track of your clients website versions and upgrades/updates? My staging website is running in a subfolder so it really should not conflict right?

It sometimes happens from the Server end for that you just need to go to Dashboard > Riode > License > there deactivate your Theme License once > and then Reactivate it from the same place > and then try updating your Theme and Core plugin, you won’t find any issues by then.

Sorry to say but that agreeing Checkbox is coming from WooCommerce end and it is mandatory to be there to correctly execute the Registration process because without that you can’t Register on the Site.

Although, if you want the Custom CSS to hide that here it is:

Sorry for the inconvenience.

But we have further confirmed from the Test Site, the Register Policy checkbox is mandatory in order to Register on the Site.

Even if we remove the Register Policy Text under the Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy > it doesn’t let the User to register on the Site.

So, the CSS solution might not work in this regard. We would suggest you to try contacting WooCommerce Support in this regard and ask them about this concern so that they can provide insight related to this because the Theme uses the WooCommerce Login/Registration process.

Stopped working with Elementor Pro. When will we have an update?

We are really Sorry that you had to gone through this inconvenience.

We have just received confirmation from our Development Department that the compatibility issue between Riode Core and Elementor Pro is now resolved.

For which the new Riode Core plugin is updated on the API Servers too.

So, please once deactivate the Riode Core plugin on your Site > then delete it > and then go to Dashboard > Appearance > Install Plugins > and there install the Riode Core plugin again. Hopefully, after that the compatibility issue will get resolved.

After doing that, please check back your Site after completely clearing browser and server cache.

The problem is in the Riode core plugin. When I disable it it works fine, when I enable it it doesn’t work anymore. I’m not the first one this has happened to, please fix it.

The theme has conflicts with Elementor Pro. I asked for help by email and they told me that Elementor Pro is an external premium plugin, they don’t support that. Is seriously? It clearly says on the page that the theme is compatible with Elementor Pro and it is not working. I am very disappointed.
