Hi, I’m installing the theme for a client and when I enter the purchased code it says “Your purchase code is invalid! Theme is not activated! Check your code – maybe it’s from another theme” The client give me the PDF that they downloaded from Themeforest directly so i don’t understand why the code is not working. It is possible to set up a similar functionality to the provided one with ease. First of all, the template contains Booked Appointment plugin that allows your visitor to book different tours (i.e. diving packages). To add payment capabilities to the Booked plugin you need to use ‘Payments with WooCommerce’ addon that is included in the package. Thus, your visitors will book an appointment. During this process, they will choose a product (e.g. packages) and submit the form to book the appointment. The appointment will be saved as “Awaiting Payment”. The time slot will be filled for now. If you have your appointments set to auto-approve, then it will be approved at this point. The customer will be taken directly to the checkout to pay for the appointment. Was this template purposely made convoluted to force customers to buy paid support? I’ve been trying to make basic edits for weeks now – documentation doesn’t accurately show where to edit sections in the website and support just keeps sending me screenshots of an edit page without any instruction on HOW TO GET TO the section itself?

Hi, I updated the Briny theme from 1.2 to 1.3, then Elementor stopped working. All other plugins and core are up to date, the conflict is between your Themrex addon plugin and elementor.
I followed your guide to reset Elementor to version 2.9.9. Checked to make sure that the Briny theme was up to date, then updated Elementor again, but it still doesn’t work. It didn’t work as version 2.9.9 or at the latest version.
If I disable Themerex addon, it works fine, but the theme breaks.
I tried sending a support ticket, but it won’t allow me as my support has ended, but I shouldn’t need to as it’s a bug with your plugin?

Hello, I am considering using your theme for a swim school for kids. A swim course is for 5-10 Kids and will run 10 weeks. Courses should be booked on the homepage. When the course is fully booked, users will have to put themselves on a waiting list. The courses will only take place live. Hi, I love this theme and its well thought out flexibility. Thus far I am not impressed with the level of support at all . Take a look at my tickets, #37328 in particular. The support agent gave me incorrect information twice. Then turned off plugins and stated it was a plugin conflict. No specification as to which plugin and whether it was an issue with the unmentioned plugin or the theme.
Or ticket 37454: I provided two screenshots showing clear differences in the footer Elementor backend and issues with the same footer displayed on the front end. The support agent is asking me questions about the header??
I don’t want a refund as I intend to continue to use the theme. I might even buy another license or another theme from your company but please improve the support. Right now I am inclined to leave a less than desirable review.

The issue in ticket id 37328 was caused by the third-party plugin. As a result, the operator has deactivated the plugin which solved the problem. Hello, I just posted a ticket in you website, but i’m writing here too to make sure you get it. There is a problem with elementor – when ThemeRex Addon is activated, elementor enters safe mode if you want to edit home page . When I activated the safe mode, all the layout from demo content (probably built with ThemeRex Addon) was erased.
