I’ve updated de theme to the 3.2.2 version and now I cant find the option to quit the need for a payment to do a reservation; neider the option to do not show the Stripe-CreditCard payment option. Its not possible now to avoid the payment? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can deactivate the payment plugins to remove them as payment options.

Hi can you tell if it is possible to add an hyperlink to email field in Soho hotel contact details widget? it wil make sense so customer could email directly from there too. Thanks

I have noticed that the slider revolution text is non responsive and remains huge on a mible phone. Is there something i can click to change this?

Hello, I am using the theme and love it. Only thing is when using Header style 2 the drop down menus come up when hovering over the main menu heading, but when you try to go down on to the the sub menus they disappear. Very frustrating! Can you fix this bug and let me know if there is something i should be doing my end?

If I add a logo, it seems to happen across all headings?

This is not bug, I can assure you the booking calendar fields are working fine in the latest version of the theme.

If you extend support and open a ticket I will be happy to check what is causing this. If it turns out it is a bug in the theme, I will refund you the support extension fee in full, you have my word here.

Ok, you had right, I fixed the error. Can you give me info about how I disable payment ways? It is just an info, you should write this in the documentation…

Hi I want to buy theme Soho and I have a question about booking. Our hotels are offers only whole weeks stay (no daily booking) and I wandering is it possible to set up booking option in this way? )

Thanks for your interest.

Currently the theme offers a minimum booking option only, so you could limit guests to book 7 nights (1 week), but then they could also book 8, 9, 10, etc nights.

I’m working on a large update at the moment which will included booking increment limits though, so when the update is released (within the next few weeks) you’ll be able to limit bookings to 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc.

That’s great :) Is it possible that weekly stays can be booked only from for example Saturday to Saturday?

In the current version you can restrict check in to Saturday only, but it’s not possible to restrict the check out day.

In the new version you’ll be able to restrict the check in and check out day, so yes it will be possible in the new version coming.

One of my client is using this booking add-on. We have the following scenario: - 2 houses in one place - We have 3 “place to select” 1: House A 2: House B 3: Both Houses

We would like to automatically “remove” (show as booked) for House A & House B in case 3rd option (both houses) booked for a period. We also would like to show 3rd option (both houses) as booked when any of (House A or House B) has been booked. Is it possibly somehow?

Soho Hotel doesn’t support WooCommerce yet, but I’m working on a large update at the moment which will include WooCommerce support so please stay tuned for updates. I’m aiming to release within the next few weeks.

Very good theme. I have one problem though, which occurred after a year. I can’t select a date in the booking calender later than April 2022, while everything is configured correctly for 2022. Can you help?

Hello, we have purchased the theme and successfully installed our site. We just have one question regarding the deactivation of payment via Paypal.

Payments for reservations will be made via STRIPE only. How do we deactivate Paypal as a payment method in checkout page?

Thanks for your interest.

To clarify “Translation ready” means that the theme comes with a .pot translation template file, and you can load this into the translation plugin of your choice and translate into your own language.

So if you need Thai, yes you can translate the theme into this language yourself using the .pot translation file.

Hi. Just purchased the theme, set up a clean install, added the theme, installed and activated all plugins then clicked demo import. I clicked each item to import as it shows. First few were OK and said done (delete exsisting data, import accommodation, import posts, import testimonicals), until I got to pages which comes up with There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Tried this 3 times. Done another fresh install and started again from zero and still the same error. Can you please advise asap?

It seems like the booking emails work fine but (i) do not include the booking details – only the text filled in Hotel Booking/Settings) and (ii) cannot be translated? I am unable to do either one (although both worked fine in a previous version of the theme.

Any chance you could advise on this matter?

Thank you! Found a solution myself! However I look forward to the SCA update enabling 3D secure payments! Indeed, most of European online payments no longer work now that the new banking SCA regulation is 100% effective requiring strong authentification for online payments. When can we hope to receive this one again please? Regards, Isabelle

I have a client that uses soho hotel booking with an old version 2.2.2.

The WP version is 5.7.1 and I wish to upgrade the PHP to 7.4 (currently is 7.2) and the following plugins, but not sure if they are also in the package or supported to the latest environment:
  • - Themify Builder (current version: 5.1.1)
  • - WPBakery Page Builder (current version: 5.5.2)
  • - Yellow Pencil (current version: 7.4.4)
  • - Slider Revolution (current version: 5.4.7.4)

Is there a safe way to upgrade all of them and have the website working, or export/import the current data?

Hi, We are having problems with booking in the 4 languages. In the Italian language everything is ok, it always shows us the available rooms. In other languages, on the other hand, sometimes it tells us that there are no rooms, other times terms of each language are mixed in both the booking and the booking confirmation emails.
