Why is the theme not working?

The website https://www.bentelecom.nl/ is facing some issues on PHP 8 and our host is telling us that we should update the theme. However you did not update the theme since 2021.

I saw a comment here from 4 days ago that someone was facing the same issue here and that you can help me out with it.

With our website some pages do not show and some functions don’t work. We have changed the DNS to point at old server but this is just a temporary solution as this server will also go to PHP 8 soon.

I really hope we can come to a solution and that you can help me (or my developer) with fixing the problem of PHP 8.

Hi The Theme no longer works with the latest Wordpress and our hosting company one.com has suspended our website and asked us to update the theme and plugins.

plugins are easy to update but the latest plugins are no longer compatible with the theme. We tried to fix this issue by getting expert website builders on the case but the issue is TEKHFIXERS theme.

We would appreciate if you could update the theme to the latest wordpress version as our website has been down for the last 4 months.

Hello , i have tried over and over to import the demo content using both manual and one-click importer and i get 503 error and partial import.. My server meets the PHP version,Memory Limit, Max. Execution time and Max Post size as well but i just get this error

“503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!”

please i need help to import this demo data successfully .

We have purchased this theme, however we are having a massive issue where the services are not showing on the services pages even though they are assigned to it and sometimes the services will load and other times not!

Tried to contact support via there provided link on the theme and when i try to enter my theme forest code it tells me its not real!!! Hopefully some one will contact me on here asap!

Hi, I’m exploring your demo and I find an issue. If I go in a repair page like this: https://demo.cmssuperheroes.com/themeforest/wp-tekhfixers/device/iphone-x/ After selecting some service if I click on secure payment button, I get message of empty cart. Why? Another question: is it possible to deactivate the purchase function for repair services by removing the purchase button and replacing it with an appointment/information request form?

I have a few questions, since this theme is almost what I search for.

1. Regarding the page https://demo.cmssuperheroes.com/themeforest/wp-tekhfixers/mobile-repair/ and https://demo.cmssuperheroes.com/themeforest/wp-tekhfixers/device-category/samsung/ it doesn’t look great at on mobile (too much scrolling) , is there any way to display this as dropdown menu? Or just the brand’s logos in a table of 6 rows by 2 columns? [again: Just on mobile, on pc it looks fantastic]. 2. I have a custom code question, how much will it cost to implement this Appointment (booking) into this theme? (https://codecanyon.net/item/booked-appointments-appointment-booking-for-wordpress/9466968) So instead of payment after confirming the phone and the parts I want to repair, I want to go to this planner (Booked) to schedule an appointment, having the selected part of repair and selected phone come together within this appointment?

So in short: After selecting the phone and the part that needs repairation, I don’t want payment, I only want booking appointment through the plugin “Booked”, having that the selected choice of the phone and part to repair is visible also on the appointment.

I saw that the Booked plugin allows custom fields by scheduling a day and hour, so if you find a way to add this to the field automatically, and disable it (such that it is not editable), it would be sufficient. Or maybe you know a better solution to link these two?
