I wanted to change my logo, but could not. I just noticed I have a 3.3 update to do on the theme. But before that, a click to my Customization pages shows I can’t update any changes made, it just shows me CANNOT ACTIVATE. Please, what could be wrong? Will the theme update solve it or what?
What do you mean by can not activate? We dont have any activation method with our theme.

Hello, Suddenly our website goes back to a very old version of the website. The last page was added on 20th of December 2020. This whole year we’ve been adding pages and media so this is not the current version.
The hosting party does not change the files. They say something within the website causes it to display incorrectly. Every time they put a back-up back it works well but after a few days it’s back to the very old version of the website.

Our theme doesn’t have anything to revert your pages or post to old dates.
Make sure you don’t share your login details with others.. and go to Tools-> backup if you have any backup there.. just remove those backups from there.

Elementor release an update yesterday.. and they removed lots of hooks and filters..
We are working on it.
In the meantime Please downgrade the elementor to the older version. So no issue will be until we release an update of our theme.

We have multiple one-click demos.. you can select which home page style you want.. and you can use this on your website..

Elementor and Slider Rev is pre installed, also you can use visual composer. Yes, We have options to enable and disable sidebar.

You are trying to login with envato login.. but I said reply to register with email fast without envato login. Envato login has limit from envato. sometimes it’s not working due to the envato limits.

Hello, a query. I get this message every time I enter the Wordpress desktop: “To work the theme properly please update the theme and clear cache from everywhere such as browser, cache plugin, CDN, etc.” I would like to know if it is because of the theme or some external thema conflict. Thanks.

HI Team, After long time updated wordpress and the theme, Elementor etc. The website breaks. But if i deactivate BLO Essential the website works properly. Also website not loaded from cache. It works fine after deactivating BLO Essential. May i know the reason for the same also my support got over. Please do the needful. Also i have updated the theme using envato market. The child theme remains as it was befoe it was not updated. Tried activating the recent version of the parebt theme Version: 3.1 and also installed Essentials but it isn’t working.

Have you update the parent theme? If no update the parent theme.
Also make sure all plugin is up to date.
Child theme not required to update.

Child theme don’t have anything this is just blank theme which we provide for customisation. If you want to customise our parent theme best way will be use child to customise the parent theme.

Hi, there’s a critical issue with the Unyson plugin: “A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.”

Can I use this theme on wordpress multisite framework with one license or do I have to buy different licenses for each site on multisite framwork?
You can use multisite but if you want to use multiple domain on this you have to buy license for per domain.

Hello, Although my support has expired. Elemntor is not working with this theme all of sudden because a constant gray screen is showing and elementor editor is contantly loding. seems that the issue is with elementskit as when deactivated that the elementor loads. Thanks please let me know how to fix
