Hi, we really like some modules of the demo but we realized after import the content that we can’t remove some sections of that modules directly from elementor front page. So how can we remove or add some content there? For example in the “About Us” module (the one from the demo with the Frank Sinatra sign) we would like to add a quote or remove some content but we aren’t able to do it because we don’t find the section.

Yes I got a rely that they have forwarded my request to the Q. And A. Dept… Sayo g if I need anything else I should open a new ticket.. So, that’s what I got… I still await the refund till today.. And it’s almost a month now..

Same problem I had is what everyone buying your theme is complaining about.. Now, REFUND MY MONEY, its still an issue…. Please tell me what you have done about the Refund process.. OK. But that’s not an escuse.. Now your theme has made me lose a project to another person, so just need a refund, cos the theme Is useless on my downloads page… I can’t do shit with it…

So, I bought this “business consulting” theme just to find out that it doesn’t work without Woocommerce – even though I don’t need or use Woocommerce. I also found out that Facebook Chat isn’t compatible with this theme either. When I contacted support, their response was “just keep Woocommerce installed” and “Facebook Chat is a 3rd party plugin so you must contact GOOGLE?” I’ve never heard of a theme that doesn’t work without Woocommerce, especially when it wasn’t designed to be a shop and we all know, “it’s a 3rd party plugin issue” is just a cop out from fixing your own product, especially when, more than likely, the 3rd party plugin is going to tell you, “it’s a problem with your theme.” BUYER BEWARE – The design quality is greatly flawed and the support is non-existent. They’ll respond but apparently they can’t fix their own issues.
And then, to top things off, they request access to my Wordpress dashboard, deactivate most of my plugins and never turned them back on. WTF?
I have purchased this theme and when using the demo import, the content.xml file stucks always… the percentage nevers goes more than 5% and it several times come back to 0 also. Please help urgently. I have also raised the ticket for the same and no response is received. PRIVATE TICKET #2792505

Thank you very much for your excellent support, I read few of the comment here and now I hv to write something for the theme guys, they are providing one hell of an excellent support, their theme is ultimate one can think of for a corporate identity website, my website is almost done and is in final launching mode, I will share the links very soon, so everyone can see how good the theme is. I can see many disgruntling voices, but you need to be patience and flexible in my honest views, what matters is good intent of the theme guys and that’s evident. I highly recommend the team.
