I’m brand new to WordPress, currently working on editing my blog before launching it for a second time. I need to know if this would be a good theme to purchase? I have no coding experience. Would I have to purchase anything else along with this to create a fast, flawless site?

Phlox Pro has stopped to work correctly : impossible to edit with Elementor, it makes a critical error ! Asked the support, no answer… I tried a fresh install with just a demo import, same issue. Please fix that issue

After testing on localhost, I can confirm that problems begin after updating Wordpress to the latest version. Please check on your side too
Hi. After several tests, we can confirm that the Phlox Free theme and the latest version of WordPress and all major plugins are completely compatible with each other and there is no critical problem. This is the same for the Phlox Pro theme as well.
Also we have checked your website and apparently you have made some changes that are not recommended. For example you have changed the name of the Phlox Pro theme directory in your installation. To do that, edit the single portfolio and check the featured image of that. For the second one, please create a ticket in the support center. So, the support team can investigate the possible causes of the issue.

Quite frustrating to see that the template not only doesn’t work as it should, the response time is incredibly fast. I have deadlines to meet and I can’t wait so long for an answer.

Like many others the demo importer of “custom print” is not working. Installed it on 3 different servers and it gets stuck all the time. After an hour it failes. Help please.

Ok i fixed it myself. For other users that have problems with importing the demo content: i changed PHP version from 8.0 to 7.4 and it worked like a charm.

I have 30-50 licenses of this theme because there’s no way to track licenses, and if a license isn’t active, your site will break. So I have to keep rebuying licenses.
There is NO customer support. I’ve tried emailing and contacting with no reply.

1- Unfortunately not. That would require a third-party plugin or some custom coded functionality. As far as we know, there is no such a feature in WordPress or Woocommerce by default. 2- You will have all the default features of Woocommerce. For any extra features, you probably need some addons or third-party plugins. 3- Absolutely Yes. 4- Phlox theme does have a MegaMenu feature. Please take a look. https://docs.phlox.pro/article/50-creating-a-megamenu5-The regular license is lifetime but it is one domain per license based on the marketplace rules. 6-Yes of course you can do that. 7- Depends on what you mean but as far as WordPress and Woocomerce goes, Phlox is fully compatible and flexible.

Hi. You can use any slider plugin as long as they support shortcodes or have a dedicated Elementor widget. There is no limitation for that in the Phlox theme.

Hi. You need to enter your Envato Elements license during the import process as you are prompted to. We can’t replace the images after the import is done. If you did not start putting your own content and customizations to the website, I suggest you wipe out the data and repeat the import process and this time with your Envato Elements license. This way you will get the images without watermarks. For more details please try to contact us on our help center
