There isn’t one for past events only, there is for future events or all events

Edit listing type > search forms > advanced form > add recurring date filter > in it add “Any day” and “Any day (Including past dates)” options. Visit your explore page, select those filters and copy the generated URL

Hi, I need to create a buy house/apartment instead of a rent house/apartment. How to change the following:
1. in real estate cover page & explore page: “price per month” to become “price”. 2. change search bar: “price per month” to become “price”. 3. in the search bar: price range selection to be disabled as there will be fixed price for House/apartment.
Or I need to create a new directory for selling the Apartment, not renting?

My client has noticed that the Keyword Search function is not bringing up listings, despite searching for a word in that listings title. For example, the listing they were looking for is called “Cherish at Central Park” but when using the keyword search, the words “Cherish” “Central” or “Park” do not bring up this listing, though it shows in the list of all listings. Is there somewhere I can change where the search pulls info from? Based on the other comments here, WP search should pull from the title..

I have imported about 400K out of 30M listings to my website and the search functionally just crashed. It takes about 50 seconds to load the search results that was requested through the ajax results but about 3 seconds when I do the regular wordpress search, Is there any way I could disable ajax results do a regular search but with all the filter?

Ajax results can’t be disabled.
For that many listings, I recommend replacing wordpress search with elastic search https://www.wpsolr.com/setup-mylisting-theme-with-elasticsearch/Also, make sure your search filters are efficient, don’t use too many of them and always use taxonomies over custom fields.
Enable preview card cache in theme tools > performance
Make sure there’s no bottleneck elsewhere e.g server memory
Don’t load too many results at once (theme tools > theme options > explore > results per page)
