1. You write on title of this template on the right – Well Documented. But this is not true. There is no a page of a documentation. noxe-wp-theme\Documentation\index.html – it is a redirect page to create a ticket, that’s all.
2. I cannot change a picture on a page. Do I need to by license of WPBakery Page Builder to change one picture?
3. Website loads too long (5-10 sec). It is because of your code or WPBakery?

Hi, I have a few pre-sales questions. Your quick response will be highly appraciated.
1) Single movie detail page (e.g. https://demo.gloriathemes.com/noxe/demo/title-item/screampark/) (in general, these set of questions also apply to single TV show detail page, single celeb detail page and all such other “single details” pages, since I wish to understand how much design / layout flexibility the theme offers at the backend for such pages.)
a) Can I change the layout of the single movie page and have my own layout? or is the page layout fixed (unchangeable) ?
b) Can I only write names & designations of the cast-crew rather than displaying their photos with clickable links to their profiles?
c) Can I use a different component instead of the tabbed format for movie details (Storyline, box office, filming & production, company credits etc.)
d) Can I hide unnecessary fields? (e.g. if I don’t want to display the IMDB field, then I should be able to completely hide it.)
e) Can you please post screenshots of the backend admin page(s) which are used to build and populate the single movie detail page?
2) Does the theme natively support parallax sections? (I wish to use parallax sections as they visually look great)

1) Some films may require certain modules (e.g. music composer), while some other films may not need those details. Can I enable/disable those details on a “per movie basis”?
2) Please post a screenshot of page or its page link after selecting “section” option for the movie details (Storyline, box office, filming & production, company credits etc.) since I wish to see how the “section” will appear to the website viewers.

this is not a support-related question. it’s a Bug and lacks of documentation. Please update doc and show how to add a certain taxonomy, tags, or type in a title listing carousel. I’ve tried all kinds of combinations: never worked. the theme always show all titles or nothing
This may not be a bug. Our team needs to check your site to find the solution or test the issue. It’s maybe related with a plugin or external.

i was told that the background could be changed 2 weeks ago, and the response i was given this morning was not helpful at all, saying it’s about a cache, js, css code thing? I have done what was suggested (removing caching plugins), and the issue is still unresolved.
I imported demo-content.xml, images.xml and pages.xml. I can see that the pages have appeared in the wordpress cockpit but the pages are devoid of pictures. There is also a lack of content related to movies. I was hoping that after grabbing and importing the demo-content I would have a 100% completed website https://demo.gloriathemes.com/noxe/demo/movie-studio-v1/ and all I had to do was replace the graphics and content. Am I doing something wrong?
And there is no import Demo Data button in ‘Appearance > Import Demo Data’.
