There’s a bug on the social part – where if you put in a link for “X” – you get some glitchy weird double X logo. If you put that same url in for twitter – it shows up fine (as X).

Hi there,

Most of our themes include premium plugins such as WPBakery Page Builder or Slider revolution.

You don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration.

Any time the plugin is updated, you will find the latest version of the plugin in the includes/admin/plugins or config/plugins folder of the theme. (how to update premium plugins)

No, it really doesn’t help. If I can’t activate the plugins, they do not work. I need a resolution to this as it has screwed up my website.

Hi there, lovely modern theme – filled with parallax, love it! Regarding the ticket system:

Is there an in-built payment system compatible (for tour dates) with belgian payments systems (bancontact, paypal, visa/master card)? How does it work? When clicking on ‘buy tickets’ it doesn’t provide a demonstration on the buying journey (with number of tickets, etc).

Is the theme compatible with eventbrite plugin – A platform that manages ticket booking)? This is an alternative ticket system, that would allow us to feature several events.

I’m glad you like it!

The Buy link can be linked to any external platform URL such as ticket master, Bandsintown, etc…

Alternatively, you can also display your Bandsintown tour dates directly using our Bandsintown widget

There are no specific styles or features dedicated to Eventbrite but you should be able to embed it into your website easily using a 3rdparty plugin or an embed code provided by them.

My host is saying “Wolf WPBakery Page Builder Extension only works for verified customers who purchased a theme from the WolfThemes team. Please enter your theme purchase code in the plugin settings to unlock all features.” – does this expire after a year?

Question, I purchased the theme, and was able to install the slider, but the slider if off to the right hand side. I have tried centering the content inside the collum settings, but that has not worked.

Hi,

You can try to add this CSS snippet in the customizer CSS tab, or in your child theme style.css file. It should change the red color in the glitch effect to black. But they are other colors involved as the effect is pretty complex. For more customization it will be a paid service.

Good morning, one more thing…

How can I make the mobile menu show up on mobile because it shows the hamburger icon but when you click it, the text doesn’t show up (it’s a white font on a white background) and I don’t see any options in customize to change it to a black font on a white background. Please see the attached screenshot

hi, I haven’t bought the theme yet (which looks great) and was wondering is it possible to stream audio files, via the ‘releases’ elements, that are hidden or do they have to be mp3s etc embedded in the page and therefore easily downloadable by visitors? Many thanks, Antony

Hi there,

It’s possible to use the player included in the theme to stream an audio feed, but it would requires some customization.

If you’re worried about the mp3 files being accessible in the source code, you can choose to play track samples, or lower resolution songs and then sell your high quality audio file via the shop feature.

The theme seems to break with the latest wordpress update or maybe theme builder. I use an old back up and it works fine. I go back to current it breaks. I haven’t touched it but the only thing that happens with a managed wordpress host is that it updates wordpress?

I have the Glytch template since 2 months and I have been working on it to launch my website this week… I was shocked that the website went down and I contacted the web host (Bluehost) and they tried to help me many times, but it was stated that the template has an issue and it’s vulnerable to hack. Note that I have no edited any script/code in the theme, nor I costumized it. It was working until the last update… What’s the issue here? My website is down and can’t use it.

Is your WordPress installation, the theme and all plugins up-to-date? It is always easy to blame the theme, but I don’t see any way how your website could have been hacked via the theme or the plujgin included in it. It has probably occurred via an insecure 3rd party plugin or an out-of-date WP version.
