Firstly, no proper installation of the theme like some missing files or plugins. Secondly, there may be some Php related restrictions on the server which can be checked easily. Yes, you can create the same page through the “Press Room” WPBakery shortcode. Edit the page where you want to add the “Press Room” shortcode. Click on the plus button the pop window will be open. Search for webinane in the tab and select the “Press room” shortcode.
Also, select the VC Template for the page attribute.

I’ve been having huge issues with them answering our tickets in a timely manor. We had an agreement and I paid them extra to migrate our site from 4.x to 5.x. They told us this would be done in a week. It’s been 3 weeks and our site has been down for over 24 hours now. They also broke all our other sites after I warned them multiple times we are using wordpress in multi site mode. I’m extremely upset with them and their lack of response.

We are so sorry for this problem, but the problem is not on our end. We tried our level best to make the changes according the best of the practice we are habitual of, but because of share server and low disk space the problem is occurring. We did this task numerous times but because of limited server space this is happening. Even than we are working continuously to bring the things back online. So please accept our apologise as we as an expert are powerless to handle your server.

Hi, i was using this theme more than 2 years and now trying to update new version of “Lifeline 2” but it could not update and i am facing issue in import content, i installed it properly only it stuck in import content so what to do please help me to solve this issue and my support was expired so please help me with this.

Updated its bootstrap version from 3 to 4, removed all the old code to make it faster and introduced new Lifeline Donation plugin in it. These are only a few changes which we have notified you. There are tens of other major changes we have done in the theme. That is why it is difficult for you to update. Please send your email at support@webinane.com and we will guide you on Monday about how to update your theme in detail. whats happening to the theme, it has slowed my website down, it works well on localhost but live the whole site slows down. it stated a 2days back. i have reinstalled it as many times as possible but still very slow. but when i install a default wordpress template the speed of the site stabilizes

hello Sorry for the delayed response. First of all we want to know which version of the theme you are using at this time. We added an auto update system in Version 5+ of the theme and in the previous version of 4+ there was an old system which was creating problem which we had to replace. Also in the new version 5+ we have given Bootstrap 4 so you need to be careful while updating to this version if you are currently using version 4+. Let us know if you need further assistance. The correct method of upgrading from 4.0+ version of Lifeline2 to the new version 5.0+ is to set it up on some new subdomain or localhost after that do the same data entry and shift this new version with the data to the original domain. You can ask step by step if you don’t have idea about it. Thanks

Please make a subdomain with any example name and install the WordPress on it. Then download the latest version of the theme from Themeforest and install on it. After this please let me know when you are done. Thanks
