Hi support, We just updated theme version and website is not loading anymore. It says that we should install “STM Motors Extends” but source is unauthorized, same thing for updating other plugins and that could be the reason to our problem

You need to re-activate the theme with your activation token key. Also, you can generate a new one and activate the theme to update/install the required plugins.

I had some problems installing the theme. So it was necessary to perform several tests on “localhost” and on the main domain with multisites in different folders. Basic installing and unistall many times…
Problem is this message: “Theme Registration Error: You have already used this TOKEN more than 3 times. You need to purchase separate licenses for each your website!”.
Apparently, wrong page changes bug the entire site. Curl errors, open sessions and not close. Only way to fix this is delete database and reinstall theme.

You can generate a new toke key and activate the theme without any problems. You do not have to delete your database and re-install the theme for that. Moreover, the Curl errors refer to the server-side configurations.

Your request implies the integration of complex functionality. It isn’t about just displaying a button on listing pages but an action that button does.
You can add a simple button with a link. However, it isn’t possible to set an action that will add the listing to the cart. Moreover, the theme doesn’t contain a built-in Cart and Checkout functionalities.

The Classified 5 and 6 layouts were built based on the uListing plugin that has its own specific behavior. Moreover, the theme layouts contain a unique structure and complex functionality, therefore, it isn’t possible to use modules from one layout while using the backend functionality of another one.

Hi Stylemix team , Text logo has disappear, on last update I use type logo so I don’t need to upload jpg files. How can I use this on the new version? , I have all plug in updated , In theme option there is option for text logo if I dont have logo picture. Now, when I update the templete my text logo has replaced by motors logo (default). How can I get back my text logo??? on the option there only setting for fonts, there is no form to write down text logo. I have set it on the general setting but still not change. Please your assistant how to change the logo picture to text logo. Thank you!

Stylemix manual states that If there is no Logo image upload, the Website Title will be displayed instead of the logo. On the Text Logo Font Family area, configure the logo font settings as font family, font-weight & Style, font size, font color, and so on. , i already have Ticket Id #Z10587
You are right, the Website title supposed to be displayed if the logo isn’t available. However, this behavior isn’t working for now.

The Pricing Plans are integrated with the Subscriptio plugin that uses WooCommerce for the payment options. So you need to set up your PayPal in the WooCommerce Settings.
The PayPal settings in the Theme Options are for the Become Dealer feature of the theme. This is feature doesn’t support paid subscriptions and activates when you disable the Pricing Plans option.

Hi, since the recent theme update, on the listings page if there is a customn text intead of a price, a pop up appears if you click the text. I don’t want this to appear and it seems that even with the price request form unticked it still appears (not on single listing but on listings page it does) I looked everywhere and can’t see where to turn it off!! HELP PLEASE!!!

You can switch all sidebar sections and elements off in Theme options -> Single Listing section.
However, if you are meaning another pop-up, please provide the screenshot.

I have a question please, I purchased this theme, I want to install it on a new domain but the problem is this domain name I don’t like it a lot… I might change the domain name soon, before going live indeed, my question is can I change the domain later and trash the old one? is that allowed? for example the current name is cars.com I might change my mind and wanted to make the name cars4sale.com later when I finish the design.

With the Motors Magazine Theme, is there a way to add more functionality to the post and blog widgets below? We would like the option to select a specific post or sticky post to display on the site. Can you integrate a feature within these widgets to configure by taxonomy, category, and tag? We noticed a few elements with these features….The recent post magazine has the option to select category and STM Listing Search has taxonomy.
Would this request require a custom quote?

Using these highlighted elements you can only display the recent activities by date.
For Recent Posts you can only specify the number of posts and for Recent Posts Magazine you can select a number of posts and category of posts.

I have an issue, after the latest update, 2 messenges apear in diagnose page on WP.First one "session_write_close()" is miss.
Second is: Error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10005 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed).Only simptons at moment is in edit frontpage if WPBakery, page freeze.*For this tests I disable all plugins.
I have “error_log” file too.

1. Please make sure your theme version matches the plugin version. You can check the available plugin’s version in Appearance -> Install Plugins.
2. Ask your hosting provider about this error. We suggest you get in touch with them and ask if there any restrictions on CURL calls or even firewall rules to block and outgoing requests like that.
