Hi guys, is WP 5.7.2 supported with the new version of Native? Can I go ahead and upgrade my WP version or should I wait just to be one the safe side?

That’s awesome, thanks a lot for the quick reply. I’d recommend putting that into the changelog – currently the latest WP compatibility there is listed as “WP 5.5 compatibility” under V1.5.1.

Hello, I have been unable to add a custom font to a dfd native wordpress template. I have three files in a zip, Gotham-Book.ttf, Gotham-Book.woff and Gotham-Book.woff2. The zip is called Gotham-Book.zip and it contains nothing else. I created it with the command line zip on a mac. I upload the file in the custom fonts form and receive no errors but get “Unknown Font” as the font name and the preview is in a generic font. I’ve tried a million different things…. any tips?

Google Maps API not working for me

Please make sure you have added Google API key in Theme Options > General Options, more details about key creation here https://nativewptheme.net/support/knowledge-base/google-map-api-key-creation. If the key is added please make sure you have enabled Javascript API, Geocoding API for the map, added billing details and link to your set in API settings, all these settings can be checked in Google API console. Please go to the page with the map and open the console in the browser, you will see the error with the link to google console documentation. Please make sure you have added the address in one line.

Hello, I also want to make known my concern about the lack of updates since December of 2020. I have been looking out for updates since the beginning of the year but it unfortunate that we are in June and we still don’t have any updates.
I’m starting to have concerns if the theme is still supported even though you keep replying that the theme is still supported.
I keep getting php errors from using the theme.
Can I get a timeline of the when the updates will be live?

Is there a timeframe when you will update your theme? I have 21 websites that are using your theme and you haven’t released an update for almost 6 months and we are facing a lot of conflicts. If there isn’t an update soon then we will have to switch themes.

Wann wird das Update kommen, dass alle Funktionen unter der aktuellen Wordpress-Version wie z. B. der Hotspot funktionieren. Vor 2 Monaten wurde mir gesagt es kommt bald. Alle Plugins sind veraltet und warten ebenfalls auf ein Update. Wird dieses Theme nicht mehr unterstützt? Im Updateverlauf kann man sehen das es früher regelmäßig Updates gab, dieses Jahr noch nicht eines.

We are using the Native plugin on our website but we are seeing a weird issue with the top navigation.
When you visit most pages, the logo displays correctly. https://rafting.ca/ https://rafting.ca/corporate-groups/But on certain pages, the logo shifts up.
