Hello, I am interested in your theme and I would like more precision before buying it ! Is there a possibility to edit each single listing page separately using elementor ? I am asking this to understand how the ticket sales profit is being calculated in the vendor’s dashboard? any documentation regarding this calculation? 7. Hi, 7 days ago I wrote to you about a problem with selling tickets from the map. You fix the problem with the last update, but two new problems appear: 1- For events using “No Seat” tickets the discount codes now stop working. I have received a message – “Invalid discount code” – https://bileti.co.uk/images/Screenshot4.jpg 2 – Somehow discount codes become visible on the events page for events with “Simple Seat” tickets- https://bileti.co.uk/images/Screenshot5.jpg. I recreated both events but the problems still persist. How to fix that? Thank you!

I checked in our site and the all is working exactly. Please delete cache in our site or use other browser to check again.
You can add bellow code in functions.php file in child theme to hide discount in ticket at frontend:
add_filter( ‘el_show_coupon_ticket_single’, ‘__return_false’ );

Thanks for your help! I put the code in the child theme, and discount codes stop showing on the event page. Despite clearing server cache and changing browser, the problem with discount code over tickets with “No Seats” continues. Fortunately, I found out what the problem is – If I left the ticket’s name field empty, the ticket discount code is not working – https://bileti.co.uk/images/Screenshot6.jpg

Hello, I have bought the theme for a long time, however we would like if you can please include dokan to split the payments for us and to the event promoters, or in what way (easy way) we can do it or what plugin, or we can do it with Stripe Split?.
This would be a great help for your theme it has it all (Marketplace, app, design etc …) and it is only missing that part that can split the payments for the event creators and the website owner. Please update!!!

PRESALE: I chose from Seating map a sit (for example A7) after refreshing the website the sit is still available (no red marker) and just after i am doing all the process once again, before clicking “Submit” the form returns “there is a problem with A7, refreshing”. Sorry, but it’s not working.
