Hi there. Real quick question that won’t need a ticket: Can we assign a Breadcrumbs Header to a parent page, so that it applies it to all it’s Child pages. We are looking at using the style where you have the on-page menu, so they can skip through those sections, but ideally want to assign an independent breadcrumb image to the PArent page, and when they go through the menu links, that breadcrumb image is used throughout.

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, you have to set the image for breadcrumbs to every single page separately by editing each one, this is the only possible way and this is how it works.

Sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can only download the very latest version of the Theme from Envato/ThemeForest and our latest Theme is also fully compaitable with PHP version 7.3 so that issue on your site might be because of any other reason.

Sorry to say that but there is no such issue in our Theme, Please check our Demo site at your end: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto_landing/ you will not finds such an issue, so it means the issue is only on your site, so please follow the below listed debugging processes one by one, I am sure it will help you in finding the cause of the issue.
I. Make sure you have everything up to date (Theme, Plugins, Translations files)
II. Remember to reset ALL cache etc after a plugin or theme update.
III. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and recheck if the issue persists
IV. Check the browser dev console on errors (F12, on most if not all browsers)
V. Double-check your own Custom CSS, or Custom Snippets in function.php is causing it
VI. If you have set up the Porto Speed Optimization Wizard, then please reset it and set all the options to default, uncheck all the options and save changes/compile and check back your site after removing the cache of the browser.
VII. Can you please check once by activating the WP default Theme Twenty Twenty, If the issue will still persist with the default WP Theme then it will make clear that the issue is not from Porto WordPress Theme and then you have to contact the WP and WooCommerce support for fixing it with the default WP Theme and once it will fix with the default WP Theme, It will automatically work with Porto WordPress Theme as well.And also could you please purchase a support extension to get further support? I would like to show the [yith_woocommerce_ajax_search] on mobile in full size like on desktop view. Currently it shows only a search icon that toggle the search field when on mobile. How can I display the search field inside HEADER BOTTOM section in full size? Just need a hint as I can’t get it working and it always turns into a toggle. PS I use the premium verions of YITH Ajax Search.

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, you can only set the search toggle on the mobile version of the site, and this is how it works. If you want to change it as Form then it requires Customization, there is no such option in our Theme for it.

On one of the product page, I saw Ask Question button below Add to Cart.
Wanted to know-
A. Is that a Porto’s Inbuilt theme’s own feature or of some 3rd Party form plugin like contact 7, or WP form or some other.
If theme’s own feature, can this be fully editable, like URL of page, image of product, title can be auto populated and visible to us, after customer makes query and submit
B. Can we create and assign it some other area of the product page.
Can we have it one sidebar and other pages of the site too and can have different ones.
D. From where do we actually assign this Ask Question button on product pages, including the placement (like below Add to Cart, Sidebar or some other area)

After importing demo content of shop 4, and while editing any demo product, I found some shortcodes viz. “vc_row” and so on under product description area.\. Please refer below image

1. Are these Visual composer Plugin shortcodes. Although I installed WP Bakery demo content and WP Bakery Plugin only.
If not, from where these shortcodes are actually coming from.
2. Also, I could not find the “Backend Editor / Classic Mode Switch buttons” area on Product pages, which I can see on other pages and areas.

1.2, That is actually the WP Bakery shortcode, the old name of the WP Bakery was also the visual composer that is the reason the row and column shortcodes are almost same, and you can turn ON the backend editor of the WP Bakery for products from WP-Dashboard >> WP Bakery >> Role Manager:

No, This is not possible to set the background color of the header in shades, you can only set the single color and it is from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Header as per your requirements.

In Header Bottom, there is two option 1. Header Bottom Background Color and 2. Header Bottom Container Background Color. Here, Header Bottom Container Background Color is changed from Header settings and also change with CSS code but Header Bottom Background Color is not changed. Please see my site www.sinin.com.bd . Here, two side on my site bottom are white. This white part is not change with color. Please let me know how to fill with other color this white part of my site bottom.

1. Yes, you can, you can create your own Custom Header with a Theme Custom Header Builder from scratch.
2. Yes, exactly the same you can do it with our Theme as well and with the same option “block” you have to create the block and then you can use it anywhere on your site as per your requirements.
3. Yes, you can, using the provided Theme and Elementor provided options.
4. That functionality is provided by WooCommerce and you have to use WooCommerce provided option or you can go with any third-party plugin as well, our theme does not have any influence on it.
5. Yes, you can, using Theme Options functionality.
6. You can only use the single page builder on a single site at a single time, otherwise, different page builders might conflict with one another.
7. No, Sorry to say that but you can not check the backend before purchasing the Theme.
