Wanted to ask a question! Apart from the customization and installation requests, if your theme has an error or bug and we need help in resolving that issue, do we still need to buy an extended support of 6 months? This should not be the case, unfortunately. With the recent update, we have encountered an issue with one of the reviews widget. So, do we need to renew the support. Are we also expected to do the same after every future update that causes bugs?

From customizer it has option to turn off pre-loader. I just turn off pre-loader.
As a theme seller we need to present lots of demo at a time. So, we use pre-loader.

Hi, We are not provided the Learndash LMS plugin with our theme Bundle. You need to purchases it. We provide Learndash support and demo content with our theme.

Yes. If you want that the instructor creates their own courses from the front end, you need to use Learndash addons for that. But in the backend, the instructor can create their own courses from their dashboard.

LMS Features/Functionality should never be tied to a theme. It has compatibility with LearnPress, LearnDash and Tutor LMS Plugin.
I think those 3 LMS Plugins has no features like this. If I found this feature I will reply you back in this comment.

DO you have these options
1- Monthly recurrent payment for single course. The visibility of the modules must be hidden after a month where in students must pay again the monthly fee.
2- Manually approve student for the offline wire transfer. The course modules must not be visible to students until the payment is confirmed. Admin must be able to approve a user upon successfull payment . 3 – Access only to specific course and expire automatically when monthly payment not made. Any additional course must be purchased separately.
4- Must be able to use woocommerce payment gateways
Awaiting a favorable response
1) By default, there is no option for monthly recurrent payments provided with the LearnPress plugin. The student has to pay the full fee while purchases the course. But You can use the Learnpress paid membership addons for these features.
2) Yes, you can use LearnPress – Offline Payment plugin for activating offline payment. After payment, the admin can approve their payment.
3) You need to use Learnpress paid membership pro for these features.
4) For using WooCommerce payment gateways, you have to purchase the LearnPress WooCommerce addon.

at line 886 the “cart” object is used but never defined causing a 500 error. We’ve fixed it by changing that line from:

Hello, I am having a problem with the theme. Especially in the Learpress Curriculum section, the return button and the top panel are not visible. Also, some cursors change shape in learn press settings.
Can you please make sure you updated Turitor theme Version 1.3.7 (20-05-2021)
LearnPress V4 has major change on design. So, after update Turitor theme make sure you deleted browser cache and WordPress cache if you use any caching plugin.

Hello I have bought the theme but when i added new category from control panel through learnpress plugin then the category does not appear in my website under category section .

One last query. Do I have to use your demo content? Can I just make all of the layouts myself with Elementor so that they are unique? If I’m using my own layouts does your theme let me turn off any native sidebars and headers etc or will I need to use custom code to have full control? I wouldn’t want to have the sidebars in the WooCommerce cart etc that are on our demo. Thank you.
1) This is not mandatory to use the demo content of our theme. If you don’t want to use it, you can use your own content. 2)Yes, you can make all the things by using Elementor. 3)No, it will not tell you to turn off your sidebar or header, and don’t need to do any custom work to get all things like the demo. 4)Yes, there is an option to remove the sidebar from the Woocommerce pages.
