Dear Sir, when a user makes a reservation and leaves the payment page (without completing payment), I cannot delete the appointment in any way, the red cross to delete it does not appear, also the auto clean up doesn’t work, (only works if the customer didn’t click on complete order in checkout)
Hi, there is an option you can use that enables the cart page after the purchase. So the customer gets taken to the cart page before checkout, and on that page they can change the quantity or remove items.
The option is under Appointments > Settings > WooCommerce – at the bottom titled “Redirect After Booking”.

I am inclined to buying this theme but I have a requirement that I’m not sure if it’s covered by this offer. When booking an appointment, I’d like to provide extras that the user can book. Is it possible to implement this into the booking screen? That the user can then select from a set of extras and add them to the booking, then proceed to the payment with the sum of the selected date and extras?

Hi, yes you can have as many purchase options you like. In this example if you scroll down to the calendar, you’ll see there are two dropdowns: https://demo.themovation.com/entrepreneur/contractor/
In that case only one is a product, but each of those can be a product or add-on, and each product option can be mandatory or optional. You can have as many dropdown options as you want.

There are different options for information to collect, and the booking form is customizable as well. You can choose between registered booking (account/password) and guest booking (no account/password) – you can also add these types of custom fields: https://cln.sh/U7h9q0
1. You can add custom fields yes.
2. The purchase options are the same for all dates.
3. You can remove the other fields but bookings do require at minimum a name.

Yes, there is an option for that. In the admin area under Appointments > Settings > WooCommerce, you’ll see “Enable Auto-cleanup” and “Cleanup Schedule”.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. As it stands right now we bundle the Booked plugin, which is just not really setup for that type of site. We may consider other booking systems though so we will keep that in mind!
