Hi,

I imported the demo. Why it asks to choose between Default, Classic, Elegant? I imported elegant and all 3 home pages have been imported.

Yes, with one click demo data you get all pages which you see in our demo site. You can set any page as your homepage from Admin > Settings > Reading settings. Hello,

I cannot find where is the import data. If I go to Tools -> Import, is asking me to upload a file. But there is no a data file in the download package.

There is in plugins a plugin named “ThemetechMount Inoterior Demo Content Setup”, but it hasn’t any settings button to get me to importer.

I followed the steps as in the documentation. It asked me to install the importer, so I did. In the ducumantation is written: “Just click on the Demo Content Setup button and read the instructions:”. But where is this one? There is nothing in the “Inoterior Options”.

I am having ton of issues with this theme. Wordpress crashed several times while trying to install it. It finally worked, then the Theme options page has issues. It scrolls on its own non stop. I tried contacting support, following the prompts to to register an account and it does not accept my purchase code. I cannot even contact you to help.

Hello,

For theme option continue scroll issue i think you install SSL in your site after theme installation. So ThemeOptions CSS & Js didn’t get loaded in your site. But you can easily solve this on your site. Just set https in general settings as described in the screenshot below. https://imgur.com/a/Xw2fBWI

If still not solved than Just install and activate Really Simple SSL plugin your site. Than go to Settings > SSL page and click on Go ahead, activate SSL! button. Than check your Theme Options page.

For demo data issue please follow the steps ad described in our doc https://themetechmount.com/wordpress/inoterior/documentation/democontent.html
