Hi. Since the last update of Porto, the images of the posts no longer appear. How to correct the problem?

That makes sense. One last question: I see you have a Quick View window that works even with variations. I am using Woocommerce Role Based Pricing that shows different prices based on user role (subscriber or customer). I wonder if Quick View will still pick up the pricing? Or is there a way, if needed, to disable the Quick View from appearing so use can not click? Or….if perhaps it is possible to hook into your code to grab the RBP (role based pricing) to display?

You are using the third party plugin for that functionality and we have not tested that plugin with our Theme officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you on it, if you want to use it with Quick View, you have to Customize the Theme core files and if you want to turn OFF the Quick View then we have an option for it in our Theme.

Wow!! Thanks for the FAST reply (again). I have never purchased a theme in the past so I do not know what all can and can’t be disabled, etc. It sounds like your theme is capable of quite a large array of features not found in “free” themes. Too bad I couldn’t first test your theme against my store (for visual purposes, etc.) before buying as it’s in US dollars and I’m in Canada. Time is running out to buy this theme on sale so I have to make a decision soon.

Why am I seeing the top link? Is there some sort of caching issue? Sometimes I can see the internal pages, and then the homepage corrects itself. But I can’t have things flip flopping with the bad link.

Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, and please go to Porto >> Dashboard and deactivate the Theme from there and then again activate the Theme with same purchase code and then try to use the Porto Studio functionality, I am sure you will not finds this issue anymore.

That image has been set as breadcrumbs background image from Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Breadcrumbs as showing in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/kVbVcjPv so you can change it from there, and if you want to set the images differently for different pages then you have to edit every single page and under page SKIN options, you have to change the breadcrumbs image as showng in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/r0gqCWs9 and it will work for you.

Trying to update a plugin (Porto Functionality) that says it needs an update through the porto interface, but when I do (after clicking “Continue” down the bottom) it says it’s “updating plugin”, but all it does is just take me to the next page in some kind if “Setup process” and takes me to a page with a demo content installer, but the plugin doesn’t get updated?
I don’t want to continue through the rest of the steps as it is a live site and I am scared it will install demo content and wipe out the live site data.
Very confusing process – can you please advise.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License and try to activate the Theme again from there, if it will still not work for you then please try the below-listed solutions one by one.
It’s because your local environment can not access to our servers https://portotheme.com & sw-themes.com
Please try to ping our servers and let us know if it works? If the above addresses are blocked by your hosting provider and your site does not ale to request these addresses then you have to ask your hosting provider to remove the restrictions and solve this for you.
OR
Please enable curl extension from the server this will fix your issue. This extension is required for the registration process.
OR
The issue mostly occurs when the server has any kind of restriction and do not allow you to communicate your server with our internal server for activation, so please ask your hosting provider to remove all sorts/kinds of restrictions from your account and deactivate the firewalls for some time until you activate the theme.

Hi, I bought thema a long time ago, however I had registered it for an old domain that is no longer in use, and now I want to register on a new site but unfortunately I can’t change it as my client no longer owns the domain, I want register in another domain, please free me to register in the new domain the current one no longer exists, it makes no sense to keep my license in a domain that is no longer mine
