Hi can we use your tehem with Flow Flow plugin. Also can we add extra tab to user listin ( we need to put shortcode ) Now we use wilcity and we cant use this so we must go.

It’s not officially supported. But I have heard that some of our clients are using the plugin without any problem. We are not sure how you want to add more tabs. You can add more tabs there and add some other contents. But it depends on the contents. We can’t be sure if your shortcode will work properly. It depends on the code.

Hello. I already purchased this, and have been using your theme. Thanks. But now I have a ploblem. After installing WordPress 5.8.1, all links of my site don’t work. Do you find this ploblem in other site?
Error is:
- Uncaught TypeError: jQuery.lava_msg is not a function
- Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user’s experience.
Now I’m try installing new version of this theme, but error happens. The message is “style.css missing”. What can I do for install themeforest-x5xPKEix-javo-directory-wordpress-theme.zip.
Now I fixed it in an illegal way, by the delete all function call “lava_msg” from “single.js”. If you have correct way, let me know. Thanks!

Yes, cache is mostly related to your server or the cache plugin ( software ). You need to clean the cache clearly. Please also reflesh map data. ( listing > setting > map data ) and clean cache.

When are you planning to provide the next round of updates? as eluded to above jQuery.fn.load() is depreciated since WP 5.5 and this theme is becoming out of date (last updated Feb 2021)

Pre-purchase question.
We are setting up a directory for the journal’s authors. We need two resources : 1. That each member has in their user panel the option to submit and edit their article.
2. Articles must be visible on the user’s profile page, as if they were a “portfolio”
3. Articles must be visible and found in the site’s general blog search
Basically, what we need is for each listing to be a user’s blog page. Is this possible with the theme?

Hi guys, I have a pre-sales question for you! I need to create a site where digital products will be sold (eg tax declaration.). Once purchased, the customer must be able to upload files which, however, will remain in his reserved area without time limits. The files can be viewed by the owner and admin only, as they are private files. Specifically, the files that the user will upload are the files required by the agency to fill in the purchased product. Example, if the customer has bought the tax declaration, he will be asked to upload his identity card, the expenses of the current year, etc. It would be useful if the admin received an email notification once the required files have been uploaded. PLUS but not mandatory: - it would be ideal if the user were asked for only those necessary documents relating to his purchase. - It would be useful to divide the “documents” section of the reserved area into tabs (identity card, tax code, driving license) or in another way, so as to keep everything in order. Do you think your great theme can cover all my needs? Thank you!

Hello, I have a question before I decide to buy. There are now some directory themes here. But I always notice the JAVO. Through the flexibility and your own design. That makes me very curious.
BUT my MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION that arises here would be: Can i create different listing categories?
For example:- Companies
- Societies
- Jobs
- Marketplace
and so on .. is that possible? Above all, can i create my own page templates for each category? If that’s possible, I’ll buy it right away without thinking about it!

Hello – This is a pre-sales. Well, I bought it years ago and have never used it. I will renew support if this is possible.
Within the Module template, is it possible via the regular editor or via custom code to add the location map instead of the featured image?
So the module main box will show the map based on the submission’s address rather than the featured image?
My business is all about location and I don’t like the featured images. Most clients upload poor quality anyway.

I originally bought a license for this theme back in 2017. I never used it though because I wasn’t aware at time of purchase that I needed the paid addons so it ended up being unsuitable.
