the video for the product is displayed only if you turn on a separate window, it is not displayed in lightbox. Previously displayed, is this related to the update?

Congratulations on the new update! introducing swatches is a huge thing! made my shop much more reliable, cant wait to update my clients.

however i have a question, when i enable swatches it makes me show only 1 product per row on mobile because otherwise the swatches will not make equal products per row, with description and variations,

question is, is it possible to reduce the product image size on the shop on mobile apart from the desktop?

Another question is, why on scroll down the swatches does not show from page 2 onwards?

the second question is not valid, as the cache plugin was preventing them from showing with the infinite scroll.

btw, which cache plugin would you recommend with flatsome?

Hi after updating my website to —3.14.0 -- (13.07.21) version, add to cart functionality is not working properly when visitors try to add item in the cart it’s shows empty cart. I try to configure cache setting for cart and checkout pages but still same problem arising cart showing empty. Please help me out of this problem.

I’ve noticed a “save as template” function on page/post options in your UX builder, however I can’t see a way to apply this template to new pages and there doesn’t seem to be any documentation about this?

You need create a new UX Builder element to be able to use the saved presets. For example, if you saved a preset of Row element, you need to create a new Row element to be able to see the saved preset.

Besides the setup wizard to install demo content, is there any other method?

You need to contact your hosting provider for webserver settings. We don’t have any control over this.

Hi, I have enabled add to cart Hi, Add to cart button not shown under products. I have enabled add to cart button in box section, all the other buttons like quick view, ratings are working. I need to remove the down arrows in main menu dropdown section. I tried to remove this arrow by disabling the show arrow check box under dropdown style but not resolved. please resolve the concerns. option on home page

Reading through this version’s changelog I see the following: NEW: Register: Lightbox panel layout options (left/right). NEW: Register: Lightbox side panel custom UX Block. NEW: Register: Lightbox side panel bg color option. NEW: Register: Lightbox side panel bg image option. NEW: Register: Lightbox side panel bg overlay option.

Does this mean that there now should be a dedicated lightbox option in the UX builder? If so I am not seeing it on the latest version.

Hi, i have two websites where i was using flatsome theme with one license key, now it said i can only use 1 licence key per website, didn’t know, so i bought another flatsome license. I dont want to download and reinstall the new flatsome, i already have flatsome installed, but i just added the new license key.

Is this enough, or do i still need to install the new flatsome? Would that be better, and can i do that without changes to my existing website?

The new update is very promising. I would just like to propose a few changes:

- When you activate the Variation swatches on the catalog page, you can only select 1 varation to show up. So for example, Product A has only color swatches and product B has only Small, Medium, Large size swatches. With the recent updates you cannot select both to show up. all other product variations swatches plugins have this option though. So maybe you can implement this aswell?

- This change is connected to the above one in some way. On my catalog page you can directly put products into your cart with the “add to cart” button. Before when I used plugins you could just select the color swatch and then click add to cart in the catalog page. But with your recent update if you select the color you want on the catalog page, you have to open up the product itself to go to the product page to put it in your shopping cart. Can you fix this? This will be easier and faster for customers to shop directly from the catalog page instead of opening every product and do it from there. It’s especially nice for returning customers.

The new update introduced variation swatches which is great, however it doesn’t grey out unavailable combinations. I’ll have to stick to a plugin until this is corrected, but moving in the right direction!

I don’t think it’s a bug, just appears to be how it operates. I would suggest adding the option to grey out unavailable combinations when a user selects a variable instead of a message saying “These options are not available” after selecting everything.
