not well documented, built in theme demo import is faulty even after server configuration were implemented. Support tells me to use the XML file that was packaged but there is not xml package. Looking for a refund if no solution within the next business day

BTW, XML files are included, you can find them in zele/demo_data folder but this is irrelevant since you should not import them directly but via our import plugin (also included) as described in our documentation here: https://documentation.bold-themes.com/zele/getting-started/#installing-demo-content
Regarding your experience with our import plugin, some servers are not capable to process large images (which we are using in our demos) and that’s why import is not working as expected.
