Hello, as per my support request, you changed the form submission into HubSpot from using the CRM API to the correct Forms API from HubSpot. Updating to Avada 7.4.1, it rolled back to using the wrong CRM API, so you did not implement the fix into the update. Please fix immediately as the external form submissions do not count nor pop up in the contact history.

Hallo, I have installed Avada ver.7.4.1 in “https://it.tecnomacgroup.it” but when I try to update the required plugins Avada Builder (from ver.3.2 to ver.3.4.1) and Avada Core (from ver.5.2 to ver.5.4.1) boths the updates don’t work and I read the message “Update failed: The download was unsuccessful. Unknown error encountered. Please try again later.” Obviously I tried again several times but always with the same bad result. Can someone help me?

I would request you to please try installing the plugin via FTP. You can download the plugin via your support account https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/ (via the plugins tab). Please use a file manager to rename the old fusion-builder plugin and then extract the downloaded plugin and upload it

I have purchased your theme for the 2nd time (July 18, 2021) and apparently there is some confusion that I don’t have support when I log into my old account where support has expired, but will not let me create a new account with my email address because it is being used in my old account. I need support ASAP. When I try to activate Avada Builder, i get the following error: This page isn’t working www.belizecellular.bz is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500. Please respond soon as I must get this site started by Friday, 10am PST or I may have to buy a new theme and request a refund, which I would prefer not to do. Thank you much.

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account are to see/add purchase codes.
There you will find out the domain for each respective purchase code. Screenshot here → https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quryD4e (you can hit the refresh button to update this or unregister button to free up that purchase code for use on another domain).

I just installed the Theme on a WPEngine server. The Options are not showing up on the dashboard. Patch is installed as well. no plugins installed, this is a clean install. what could be the issue?

There should be no reason for the option to not show. If you are familiar with the older version of Avada then the options have now been moved to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options. Can you please check that specific area

Unfortunately the licensing system of this theme is broken. It doesn’t detect the domain and I have no way of contacting them about this as my support expired already. I effectively cannot use this theme with a valid license. Even trying to use the pre-sale question form doesn’t work.
They’re actively preventing customers to contact them in any way, if their support expired. It’s not even possible to tell them that their licensing service doesn’t work properly, which should NOT require a paid support plan, in my opinion.

Avada is not a Woocommerce specific builder. You can certainly make a site without Woocommerce. In fact, many of our demos do not use Woocommerce in their setup

If you have standard site then for each site, you will need to use a regular license. A single regular license can not be used on multiple site. An extended license will only apply if you creating a product that is further being sold as end product. Currently there is no option to do this in an FAQ element. However, you can add a toggle element which will have a similar interface as the FAQ element (except the filters) and you specify via an individual toggle to keep to it open on page load

We offer a flout menu that can go full screen but it will show just the menu, not the logo. To have it exactly like you asked will require some custom work. Customizations are not covered as part of support. They’re limited mainly to general theme usage queries etc.

The patch is whats using the crash. Purchased a new theme yesterday for a new site. Ive installed and installed the theme + Wordpress roughly 12 times due to “Error messages” assuming it was Wordpress new update.
Come to find out The 13th time, I decided not to update the patcher and now theme seems to be working fine.
To recap on my troubleshooting: 1. I’ve tried updating everything (i.e. wordpress, new them, patcher) = Failed 2. I’ve tried updating the patcher = Failed
By leaving not updating Wordpress and the patcher = works

Hi, I can’t seem to find where the meta description field is on each page. This is in reference to the Open Graph Meta Tags. I saw where I can turn that off in the Avada options. But I’m not wanting to turn it off, I want to edit the template description and use that option instead of turning it off. I’ve looked everywhere but can’t find the option. Please point the way. Thanks.
Additionally, I’d prefer not to have to rely on Yoast… so again I’m just wanting to find where to edit the template demo info so that it’s my clients info, rather than the template info.

I am afraid there is no easy way to edit the OG tags generated by the theme. You can however disable theme OG tags and manually create your tags and add them in the head area

The demo’s seem to be using the OG tags. I’d like to just replace the demo template info with my client’s info. Can you take those meta tags out of your demo’s? This could be frustrating for a lot of my future and past client projects.
For example some of the OG tags refer to food from your food demo… however my client doesn’t offer anything relating to food on their website.

The admin console that you will be logged in is a WordPress admin. The WP-admin will allow access to page builder and other area of the theme where you can easily change, create and edit content

We have not officially check this particular plugin for the multi language, however Avada is already compatible with two other multi language plugins namely WPML and Polylang and you should have no issues using them with our theme.
